Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Santa Rosa

Writing this review as I’m on hold (for 45 minutes now) with customer service. Needed a suit for my boyfriend for an event. The fitting was done quickly by a confused, late teen/early 20’s looking kid. I knew then it was not going to be a good experience but crossed my fingers for the best. Sure enough the suit came in and the jacket was made for a giant, now my bf is tall, 6’4” and this jacket came down to almost his mid thigh. We were assured they could fix the length and immediately took it in to get that done but nope… apparently by length that just meant sleeve length? Also for 250$, a clip on tie was included??? Will definitely be using the black tux next time we need to rent. The suit was unwearable and he found a great Michael Kors one at macy’s last minute. Oh, we were offered in store credit rather than a refund, why would I ever go back to your store. And to top it all off, apparently they can’t do refunds in store, hence the holding for their customer service department. 0/10 horrible experience.

Update: their phone customer service department is impeccable, as soon as someone got on the phone I was issued a refund within minutes and both customer service agents I spoke with were understanding and helpful. Train your in store...

I had recently moved, and my suits were ruined in the process. I went to Men's Wearhouse. I've been to one before, but my experience here was heads and tails over any other. I was promptly greeted by Joe. As I described what I was looking for he asked to take my measurements. I do not find things that fit just off the rack. I told him that it is hard for me to branch out from the traditional styles and colors. I wanted to be able to go on interviews. I also experience a lot of pain from traditional dress shoes. All my expectations were exceeded. I found things that fit my short arms, and my wide but slim frame. I am now more diversified in style, and in color while maintaining a conservative yet modern look. He even found me shoes that I am able to walk and stand in comfortably without me mentioning my chronic pain. My needs were met. I am comfortable, and up to date with these new additions to my formal wear. Not only will I will be interviewing with confidence, I'll be stepping out in style thanks to Joe's expertise in his craft....

We've always had great experiences at the Men's Warehouse, and they are our go-to for any dressy men's clothing. Staff are always friendly and professional, never pushy. I'm sure they work on commission, but I've never felt like they were trying to upsell me. Over the years we've bought suits for both my husband and my older son, and they've always helped us find something that makes them look great, and meets our budget. My older son's first suit was purchased for his Junior prom two years ago, and all together it was only slightly more than renting a tux, but he's been able to wear it several times (including his high school graduation) and it was tailored to fit him so looked really sharp. Today we bought him a new suit, and the first one is going to tailored to fit my younger son. Turns out that re-alterations of a suit in the same area are free, even though the suit is being altered to my other son! Had no idea- what a fantastic service! I am so very glad I bought him the suit instead of renting a tux two years ago -...
