Absolutely sad customer service and very rude, they lied to me as well. I went in there in the beginning of August asking if specific work can be done on my Indian lengha outfit. I explained to them what needed to be done and that I had the blouse material for them to make the blouse for me and to make the skirt part as well. The seamstress stood with me and showed me ideas on how she can utilize the blouse material. Her daughter was there as well helping take the measurements down and helping with our language barrier. They measured my whole body for a 1/2 hour which I was happy about because it showed that they were being precise. After we were done I turned in my materials to them and paid for what the service would cost. They promised me the outfit would be done on 8/29, since I told them I have a wedding to attend that weekend. They said it can be done and to come in on 8/29 to put the outfit on and if there needs to be any little adjustments that they would work on it and I would get it no later than 8/30. I called and left a message for them the Sunday before to have them call me, they never called me back, so I called again and no one answered. Finally we called from another number the day of pick up, because it turns out the seamstress was ignoring my calls and when confronted she said, Yes I saw you called and I didn’t want to pick up. Turns out they never touched my outfit and tried to blame me on not coming in for 3 different fittings( which was never told or explained to me), she tried to say she never told me any of these dates and made up more ludicrous lies.On my receipt it showed a promise date and also all my measurements were on there. She never once reached out to me and when we finally reached her, she was so rude. We couldn’t believe it. She kept my outfit there for a month. She told us that I was supposed to come in on 8/29 to get measurements and she would sew my outfit in one night, which is impossible since they already told me they are way behind their store. I’m very disappointed at their behavior. I own a business and customer service is very important. I deal with high cliental and I couldn’t imagine acting this way. I went in today with a young lady that needs a homecoming dress. She was very sad and could not find a dress in her size in the mall. We found quite a few beautiful dresses for her to try here. We were told she could order her size if they did not have it in a dress she liked. While she was trying on a dress I was told there was a limit of dresses. Most places do have a limit of how many dresses you can have in a fitting room. This is not what she meant. All of the dresses we picked out for her were put back because she could only try 3 dresses! How in the world could she find a dress if she could not try them on first? I have never been treated so poorly. This sweet girl left absolutely devastated. How can anyone treat our youth like this? How can we make our youth feel beautiful in a world surrounded by judgment. I so desperately wanted to find her a beautiful dress and this was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I went down the mall to a (cheap) shop and got a dress for the other young lady with me. This shop had better service and a line out of the door.
