Our experience with this realtor was that he did not negotiate on our behalf as buyers. The house was already overpriced because that was the market at that time (2022) and I get it but it was advertised to have stainless appliances and it did but all of the appliances were inoperable. Stove didn’t hold temperature, refrigerator leaked and dishwasher just didn’t work. I had to argue with Michael to get him to have the owner remove the dishwasher because it was trash. He made no attempt to negotiate a lower price and instead we ended up paying 20k over ask. We were not stupid but we were desperate to find a home. My wife and I stumbled across Michael on an open house he was hosting. We weren’t originally planning to buy a condo in Venice. Michael was great because he was not pushy and really listened to what we did and did not want in out property searches.
