I came in the store ice cold looking for a Moen kitchen faucet replacement. A gentleman named Rick who actually turned out to be the boss approached me; I showed him photos of the existing faucet and a different style I was looking for. His service was absolutely first class, super friendly and he even explained to me how I could get a hose replacement for the existing faucet from Moen at no charge as they back-up their products 100%. I ended up purchasing an upgraded commercial line faucet and Rick gave me an amazing deal. So disappointed! I went there twice & spoke to 2 different sales people. Both promised to send me quotes for faucets, toilets, sinks, & bathtubs. I received absolutely NOTHING!!!

The 2nd person apologized profusely and said she would have the quotes within 3 days. Two weeks later, I called her& she said she obviously had not written that down. I had spent over 1 1/2 hours with her!! I went to another supply company and they got my quotes to me the next day!! I don’t know how Southern Supple makes any money at all!
