Working with Chef Jeremy and the staff of Tamiami Catering has been an amazing experience. I contacted him to understand options for a 21 person private wedding dinner that we hosted at home. He responded to my inquiry quickly and we had a call so that he could walk me through the process, understand our tastes and provide some ideas. With a short turn around time, he sent over dinner options for a catered meal and an on-site prepared dinner.

We ultimately wanted an intimate dinner experience and chose for Chef Jeremy and his team to come in to prepare a four course plated meal.We recently moved in and have not yet expanded our kitchen so it is a bit on the smaller side— Chef Jeremy assured us that wouldn’t be a problem and could work his way around a kitchen of any size.The process was stress-free and we communicated along the way as adjustments were made. We had a guest with a dairy allergy and he was able to accommodate every course for them.

The dinner was everything we wanted and not only were we blown away but our guests have been raving about it since. Highlights were crispy eggplant with lobster and curry aioli, beet salad with goat cheese, shaved Brussels and truffle Dijon, THE BEST snapper with roasted veggies and an amazing creme brûlée.

We didn’t have to worry about a thing (including clean-up) and I’m extremely thankful for the experience that Tamiami Catering provided and for helping to create such a magical evening. We’re looking forward to working with Chef Jeremy and Tamiami Catering again...

From the very beginning Jeremy was responsive, helpful in decisions, accommodating and so kind. After searching and talking to like a million wedding caterers, Jeremy was a breath of fresh air. He isn't like a normal wedding caterer, he makes everything from scratch and takes pride in everything he does. My now husband and I have had A LOT of wedding food as we are wedding videographers and Jeremy's food blew ALL of the other weddings out of the water... it was SO good. The amount of people that have told us "you had the best food I've ever had at a wedding" is unreal.

I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day (he stayed the entire time to make sure all went well). Tamiami Trail Catering did an above exceptional job catering for my wedding. It rained unexpectedly at our reception, and before everyone showed up, the owner had put our linens in the dryer and was helping to make everything perfect for us and our guests. Talk about above and beyond. The owner was kind, courteous, thoughtful, conversational, and just so cool. Now let’s talk about the food. I usually eat like a bird. I ate a huge plate of food from Tamiami Trail Catering. Everything was cooked to perfection and with a lot of care. Beautifully cooked and cut steak with chimichurri sauce that my FIL wanted to eat by the spoonful it was so good, melt in your mouth chicken, roasted potatoes that I could eat everyday of my life and never get tired of, lots of well prepared and seasoned veggies, and salad with the best homemade dressing I’ve ever had. The owner helped to make our wedding perfection and so memorable. We will always remember how amazing our food...
