I found this bracelet online that was only sold at the Giving Tree Gallery. I took a chance ordering it thru a company online , who I knew nothing about and just hoped for the best. Let me say...it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a company. They realized before shipping the bracelet it was a different material then what was shown online(artist sent them a different one), they called me to ask if I wanted that one or offered to reach out to the artist for the one that was shown online. They emailed me pictures of the other bracelet and before I had a chance to respond they were calling me back to tell me that they tracked it down with the artist and she'd ship it directly to me. They even made sure I had it in time for the upcoming wedding I was attending. These days you don't see customer service like this and it was so refreshing and a reminder of what a shopping experience should be like! I'm very impressed with the customer service from both the online store and the retail stores in the New Orleans area. The staff are highly trained, very professional, and go above and beyond for their clients.
