They have beautiful pieces if it’s your fit and it would probably be better if you were a local customer. I personally, however, did not have a good experience. The ring was bought for my anniversary on our vacation. It was a half size too large and they said it could be resized and ready in a day. When I dropped it off another person was there and said that wasn’t possible but they would resize it and ship it overnight. It was shipped ground FedEx and took forever to arrive. When it finally arrived, I opened the package and the opal was cracked. I’m not sure if this happened in transit or during resizing but I immediately reached out and we sent it back to have the opal replaced. I understand that all opals are slightly different but this missed the mark. It was a very white opal and my previous opal had more gold tone. I learned to live with it. This ring was also shipped ground yet again and luckily wasn’t damaged in transit. I honestly just wanted to be done with this headache and kept it. Well. This ring did not last as the opal fell out. There was so much glue put into the setting. I’m really disappointed and will be working with another jeweler locally to create a new piece. Wish I could give this store ten stars! I was visiting my sister who lives in Savannah last week and while I was there my husband had told me to pick out a piece of jewelry as my Valentine's Day gift. My sister, mother and I were in the store for quite a while and the owner/designer was one of the nicest, most pleasant and funny people that I have met in a while. He told us all about the different pieces, asked questions about our style and let us look and try on anything we wanted. He had phenomenal customer service skills and made the shopping trip feel like a fun girls outing. While we were there he also cleaned my engagement ring (and my mother's engagement ring) out of the kindness of his heart. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and unique piece of jewelry. It was easy to tell he truly enjoys what he does and that makes all the difference. I love this place. My husband and I love visiting Savannah but this is the first time we check out 13 Secrets. The staff who welcomed us was very accommodating, he was so nice to me, didn’t make me feel like I don’t belong in a fancy jewelry store like most staff in other stores. I was joking when I told him that their price was so expensive even if he hasn’t told me the price yet and he totally got it and was laughing with me and my husband. He wasn’t pushy and also didn’t discriminate me even when I just bought a quarter carat diamond earrings. He even told us about the amazing static display of precious stones inside a hotel lobby,which end up to be the one of the highlights of our trip!
