Was a positive experience until it wasn't. I was in Savannah on a fun girls' trip - I live out of state. Tried on several pieces in the store - salespeople were friendly and helpful. None of the items I looked at had price tags, though I was familiar with the price point for the brand I tried. I asked if the pants I liked - and wound up buying - came in another color and was told no - this was not true as I found out they came in many colors later online. I was unsure about buying another pair of pants and asked what the style name was in case I did choose to buy at a later time and was told by the owner, Hannah, "I'll remember," which took me aback because I had told her I wasn't local. I repeated nicely that I wasn't local, and she said to call the store and she'd mail the pants through their online store - again, not telling me what the style was called. This was a bizarre example of customer service, as I was already buying two pieces from her and may have considered using her online store in the future, but absolutely NOT after her unhelpful silence on not sharing the name of the pants I liked. There are stores locally where I live that carry the brand and I can and will shop there instead - there was just no reason to anger a customer spending $600 at her store and not let me know what pants I was trying on? And last, but certainly not least, I went to the register to purchase the 2 items - again, neither with price tags - and the salesperson simply said, "it's ready for your card," without telling me what the total was. The small computer screen was facing her, so no visual either. I "jokingly" asked what the total was for my purchases before using the credit card and the salesperson looked insulted and surprised that I had the "nerve" to ask about the total, which was about $600. Again, until the last 10 minutes, the experience was great, but the refusal to tell me what I was trying on, lying to me about the colors the pants I liked came in, and the lack of transparency on prices and totals at the register left an awful last impression. I expect to be back to visit Savannah, but I will absolutely not spend another penny...

My partner hadn’t decided yet if she wanted them, the sales person responded by telling her they were not for sale when they were on the floor with a tag on them. The way they took them away from her felt like they were accusing her of stealing which was so weird and created such an awkward experience for everyone who was there. They have lost 4 customers in one fell swoop from that behavior. This business is so...
