Vince — Local services in Scottsdale

Had high hopes that the service in this Vince store would have improved….OOPS they did it again! Popped in to make a purchase thinking surely that the service had been addressed & the 'not so friendly' atmosphere in this store would have changed.

I looked through the store, found the items that interested me (totaling $700+), took about 10 minutes. Not one but two saleswomen hovered around the cash wrap didn’t bother to acknowledge that I was in the store nor made any effort to engage. In all good conscience I just couldn't spend money in this store with this lack of service. I will admit that the two saleswomen were not talking to one another either.

Before leaving a couple walked in & they weren’t greeted, no shock there. I left, no purchase. Just can’t support a store where the staff can’t make an effort.

Guess I can count on substandard service, no wait....no service from the Vince store in Kierland Commons shopping center in Scottsdale, Az.

Guess I'll keep shopping the website & other Vince stores when traveling. Hope springs eternal, I’ll give them another year! Maybe someday management will train staff that promote the 'customer experience'. I guess that I am asking too much. Too bad!

I did read updated feedback. It appears the (other) feedback is being written to enhance the impression of this Vince store. One only has to enter the threshold of the store to know that they are not customer friendly.

In previous years:

Worst customer service I've seen ever! Will never shop the Vince Scottsdale store.

In the Vince store (Scottsdale, Az) customer service is nonexistent. The regional manager is a prince (who addressed the issue immediately & responsibly), online customer service is wonderful.

Simply put the damage is done.

With the exception of online purchases or when traveling I will visit other Vince retail stores & outlets to make purchases.

I see additional feedback by other customer’s that management in this store has not modified their behavior.

The CEO & Board of Directors would be taken back if they understood the audacious management style that is allowed to operate...

She takes time to actively listen to customer needs, answer questions, and give honest opinions and recommendations. I want to express my gratitude for her outstanding customer service, which to me is the backbone of a successful retail business....
