2200 Westlake Condos — Local services in Seattle

I previously worked as a concierge at this location and, unfortunately, encountered a challenging work environment. The general manager displayed behaviors that made it difficult to perform my role effectively, including frequently delegating her responsibilities to the concierge team and working limited hours. Additionally, there were instances of unprofessional communication regarding residents, which impacted workplace morale.

While the location and team had potential, these issues created a less supportive environment than I hoped for. I encourage management to address these concerns to improve the experience for both employees...

The 2200 condos are set right above the Whole Foods off Westlake. Very easy to get around there on foot, although traffic is always a pain there, even with public transportation. The building itself is nice, with great amenities. It's tough to get around, as lots of doors require access so it gets annoying trying to move from one place to another. Unfortunately the neighborhood can have a noise problem since it's basically in the heart of the Amazon campus, so something to get used to. this place has gone down hill. The promised concierge staffing has had a lot of churn and poor coverage. Elevators are constantly blocked for moves or under repair. The call boxes don't work. Security issues in the garage. High number of renters, which means the landlords who own don't want to raise fees to update the place, and it shows.
