Art Primo — Local services in Seattle

I must first start this review off with a simple statement, this is not meant to put anything negative out there about you guys art primo has been a staple in the graff community for a long time. I've been buying paint from you guys for a long time. Everything on that level is great. I wanted to get a t-shirt for my nephew to showcase his love for not only you but the graff game. And I ended up not buying a t-shirt because your t-shirts are 30 bucks. For a basic one color T-shirt with a simple one color print on it....$30.... my mind exploded. Coming from a background printing silk screen as a side hobby I know what it costs to buy your clothes in bulk even if they're custom and what it costs to print set items. And I know that you're cleaning house by charging 40 bucks for a t-shirt. People from our Walk of Life, from our demographic, from our "culture " do not have expendable income. shirt. it should be $15. 20 bucks tops. And even at those prices you're still looking at a 600% or better return each individual shirt. I mean after all it is free advertising for you guys think about how many more people would be wearing your s* if you had them for 20 bucks rather than 40. I understand you guys want to make money, that's not what this is about. show us the consumer a Little Love by making your clothes more...

As much as I wanted to support this local business, the “know it all” hipster attitude was too much. Asked about some custom cut eggshells and she had no idea what I was talking about so joked I could always make my own. Well those stickers are online at blankslaps and all their eggshells are like half the price of primos. I mean this gal claimed to be the most knowledgeable of employees and said I should come in when she’s working if I have any issues or questions then later tells me “she wishes she could teach everyone everything through osmosis, but I should just watch YouTube” so I walked a few blocks to Blick Art Supplies where the friendly gal was happy to explain everything from oil/acrylic, pens, mops, inks,...

THIEFS AT ARTPRIMO BEWARE! On my last 5 online purchasesl I've had fraud charges (inside hussel), I couldn't pinpoint where, who & where it was coming from so I used a new card I have never used before & I make another purchase with them, days later there it is two fraud chargeres. I used this card on purpose to see if it was someone at artprimo and I was right, new card one purchase you do the math. Its a shame, they're losing a customer I've been ordering from them the last 10 years I will do business else where from now on. You know how much a pain in the butt it is to wait on a new card and for your funds to be on hold 5 different times.. proceed with caution...
