Elektra Condominiums — Local services in Seattle

I love living here... It's close to just about everything you would need. A corner store, grocery stores, restaurants, clubs, salons, spas, down town, up town, buses, city car, link rail, etc.. The only down part is SOME of the residence. Notice, I said some. 8/10, their quiet friendly. Apparently, people have thrown certain trash out the window, yes it is disgusting but their corse of actions is so inappropriate, neighbors take action and write harassment letters to other neighbors in their door cracks. Walked out this morning, too early, seeing 3-4 of these notes on doors. I am appalled. I've had people knock at my door and harass me the same way. I called the front this morning and left a VM. Located next door to the Washington Convention Center. It's in downtown Seattle on the border of Cap_hill! It's a good location if you need to be downtown in Seattle. With over 100 hundred Airbnb apartments, it's basically a hotel. This may be one of the most chaotic condominium HOA boards on the planet. If you live here, I'm praying for you. If you work here, run now. There is always construction taking place in the building due to the high number of Airbnb owners, so it's very loud oftentimes. This is for the Air BNB owned by Vacasa. The place is in a great location with amazing roof top view. We were in apartment 1411. The apartment was clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable. However, the pictures provided by Vacasa is not what you are getting. It is not remodeled or modernized as the pictures indicate. The person who checked us in was 15 minutes late. The remote he gave us for the parking garage did not function. He said, "The battery is new and you got to get really close." I would stay here again based solely on...
