I would have given a 0 star for service if possible, the curly hair lady was so incredibly rude there. I am their regular customer for 2 years now, my order is always the same PENNE CHICKEN PESTO WITH SALAD(Cucumbers olives Ranch nd cheese no LETTUCE) everyone that I have seen there working knows my order. I have never seen her before working there and she says she’s the manager. But whtever I gave her my exact same order that I do EVERY WEEK. This is the first time I have dealt with this lady. She brings in my order with LETTUCE in it, I told her that I didn’t wanted lettuce nd I asked for Cucumbers olives Ranch nd cheese only to which she replied “this is salad” I said yes but I didn’t wanted lettuce nd she goes “when u said salad I gave u the salad” nd at this point am annoyed, nd I told her that yes u gave me the salad but I specifically asked for no lettuce nd there’s lettuce in my salad to which she very rude replied “I GAVE YOU THE SALAD ITS THE SALAD” nd walks away to other costumers, while am sitting there in a complete shock if that’s a way to deal with customers! I work in customer services myself nd I have never seen anyone this rude nd ignorant. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she is the manager! So Miss manager it would be great if you switch jobs bcoz customer services is definitely not the one for u. I walked out of the restaurant nd didn’t eat a thing! She ruined my dinner nd my day. Nd the sad part is am never returning to the restaurant even tho I love the food nd I have been coming here for 2 years now! Sadly she ruined it for me. Nd not just tht my manager nd I love Italian food nd I was making plans with her to bring her to try one of their pastas! Thank you missy u ruined...

I ordered the “Penne chicken pesto” pasta dish. When ordering, I specifically asked the waitress if the pasta “could come aldente, or at least not overcooked”, to which she responded “yes yes the pasta isn’t overcooked”.

What I was served was maybe the most overcooked pasta I’ve ever tasted. The penne pieces would break as I poked them and had no substance when chewing. Additionally, the chicken was just from a frozen pack of chicken cubes and the pesto was at the same level of quality.

When I brought up the overcooked nature of the pasta, the waitress said “you can try something else but that’s the way we make it” which is pretty sad given it’s a pasta place and it’s literally just a matter of how long you cook the pasta for. Last I checked completely disregarding my note about not having it overcooked isn’t a sign of a great restaurant. On top of that, the dish set me back $25 after tax which is ludicrous for such bad quality.

If you actually want good pasta don’t come here!

I knew not to expect anything crazy but I literally asked for something and she reassured me it wasn’t and it still came the way I was worried it would come. And for $25????? That’s the price of a proper dish at a fancy Italian place.

Never going within 50 feet of the...

The presumed owner is in the wrong line of work, i walked in 10 minutes ago and said i wanted a six inch meatball sub, the guy says we can't do a six inch sub but i can give you a small sandwich and a salad....that's not what i asked for. Whats funny is that a six inch meatball sub is on the menu so don't tell me they cant make it. absolute unprofessional, with zero listening capabilities..I had the same problem with the belltown romios and even the renton romios shop as well. the people who own romios have listening capabilities similar to a 5 year old and seem to want to dictate what they want you to eat.....i didn't ask for your opinion, i wanted a six inch meatball sub. I am officially done with romios, worst restaurant ever. their spaghetti is overpriced. their sandwiches are made with little amounts of chicken or steak but the owner whose cheap will add thick tomatoes to make his "sandwiches seem bigger" total rip off and anyone reading this is better off spending your money elsewhere. Romios needs a whole new look...totally systemic...top...

It was fairly empty when I arrived, but there was a good amount of takeout business going on. This meal really hit the spot after a long day at work, and was a good deal for the quality of food. The guy serving me was super friendly. The wings were pretty good, they were cooked perfectly and tossed in a good amount of BBQ sauce, served piping hot. Crust: 5/5 - I ordered the thin crust and was surprised it was as thick as what I'd call traditional. That's just their style, and he confirmed that their traditional is much thicker. It had a great texture, was cooked perfectly, and nice sweet flavor. Sauce: 5/5 - Great flavor and not too acidic. Just the right amount portioned. Toppings: 4/5 - Their mozzarella is on the salty side, but I quite liked it. Great texture, good quality cheese. There was a good amount tasty pepperoni, but I'm a believer that a single top pepperoni should be above the cheese to get crispy when it cooks. Preparation: 5/5 - The pie looked and tasted great.

I was at the Convention Center and wanted pizza for lunch, and one of the options I was looking at was closed until dinner time. I ended up finding Romio's, which was a walk that took a few minutes to get to. When we arrived, there were not many people inside, which I was surprised by. We were invited by the employee to sit down at any of the tables. We then ordered the Romio's Potato Skins and The Olympian pizza. The Romio's Potato Skins were amazing! They were very cheesy. They had feta, bacon, and mozzarella, and went really well with the sour cream. The Olympian pizza was delicious as well. It came with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, italian sausage, and salami. We did not need the potato skins, as the pizza was loaded with protein and satiated us very quickly. The meal was a little costly, but I think it was nice to support a local place. The service was fantastic and it was a very welcoming and friendly environment.

I had Romios randomly about 5? years ago and have not forgotten about it. Tonight, I was lucky enough to visit again and am so thankful I did! There was one very friendly, hardworking man who sat us down, took our drink and food order, ran the register, cleaned tables, checked on every single customer, answered phones and served us the best drinks and food. All on his own. Cherry on top was the fact that he was upbeat, happy, and made us feel like we were friends visiting. The clean and cozy environment, and literally the best baked spaghetti I've ever had deserves all the praise and sales! 10/10 recommend for a delicious, well priced, quick, and well served meal and experience. Thank you so much for the constant amazing experiences. ♡
