I contacted Fast Signs to change the text on my van doors. The girl spent a lot of time trying to match the font I already had. I appreciated that. I called to check on the progress and was greeted with a very pleasant voice who told me I would be getting the proof shortly and we scheduled installation at that time. When I took my van in, I was met at the counter by that pleasant voice. The doors turned out just how I expected and I had a nice conversation with the two ladies. My van graphics were originally done by another Seattle Sign company on Ellis Street in Georgetown and my experience with them was less than satisfying. Rude girl at the counter and no communication. Our company was participating in a trade show on a weekend and our booth wasn't scheduled to arrive until Monday. I found this out on a Friday. Called Fast Signs, had graphics sent to them by 11:00am and new banners were made by 1:30pm. Wow! That's fast. No other company I called in the area was able to have the fast turnaround we needed.
