I had called what I thought was the number to this salon. When I arrived to purchase the product I asked about via/phone and text the woman was extremely RUDE there was no reason for this, i did understand you were with a client. But to act that rude in front of them can not be good for business. I know Lancer for decades, and he would have never treated me or anyone like this. This is truly sad that I was treated like this, a manage a club here on the hill and would never treat someone the way she treated me. POOR customer service and EXTREMELY rude. Thankfully, the person in 214 was able to help me even though they were with a customer. I do understand it by appointment only however the person I was speaking/texting with I thought was for this salon mistakes happen and a little help would have been appreciated instead of being so rude!! And look at her response, she continues to be rude. She could have helped me. And directed me in the right direction. Simply, mistakes happen, but her behavior speaks for itself. While I was getting my hair done today, a woman who did not have an appointment walked into the small but welcoming studio space and demanded hair products that are not even sold at this business. This woman was kindly asked to leave and reminded of the no walk-in policy advertised on the website, but continued to make up a story about talking to another employee in advance of her arrival to get a nonexistent product.The customer showed no respect for me, the hairstylist, or the security of the building and was trespassing. She was treated respectfully, but firmly, and asked to leave multiple times but continued to try and threaten this stylist with a bad review and bully her way into the business. Despite being in the wrong and admitting to doing so, she felt compelled to slander this business.

I wasn't doing anything complicated, and coughed up $40 for simple trims between cuts because I was growing my hair out, but then my stylist left.
