The classes at Homemade are fun and easy to follow along with. The Chefs are interactive with the attendees the entire time. They are probably the most patient Chefs I've ever worked with! When attendees ask questions related to a step that should have happened 10mins ago, they answer with a smile and calmness. They frequently offer some useful and interesting tips along the way. They appear to be having a lot of fun, and seem to really care about their attendees learning and having fun, too. I would highly recommend their classes to the beginner or intermediate level cook. I booked a virtual cooking class for a work team event and had a great time! Samara was a friendly and communicative contact for getting everything set up, Yamila went above and beyond to get everyone the groceries they needed, and Chef Lindsay created an amazing menu with our limited budget and was SO fun in instructing us ( important to note: some of my teammates did not read directions that were given ahead of time and panicked when they didn't have the right supplies, but Chef Lindsay was super patient and was able to give them alternative options on the fly). With 2020 not allowing our company to have a standard "dinner out" for our holiday party, we decided to hire Chef Lindsay to provide us with a cooking Zoom class. It was fantastic! Not only was she extremely personable and so much fun to cook with, her instruction was spot on and she helped to take away the fear of cooking something complex and made everything feel easy.
