Mind.Body.Hum has become my refuge away from the chaos and stress of the world. A place where I can reconnect with inner stillness and find peace. I haven’t had the opportunity to practice with all the teachers yet, but I’ve completed almost 30 classes in the past two months and I can’t recommend this place enough. The teachers are humble, knowledgeable, and just plain cool.
Nina is the first teacher I’ve been to who incorporates beautiful poetry and song, that will bring you to tears or fill you with joy, in her Yin Yoga and Sound Baths. Mike has an awareness of the energy of the room and is able to subtly shift it into a deep and transformative state in his Restorative Yoga/Sound Bath class. Nadine brings refreshing joy and intensity, with an attention to detail and focus in her Vinyasa and Sound Baths. Nicole’s mastery of mind and body can lead you into awareness and depth in her Vinyasa and Yoga Nidra classes. Scott creates an incredible soundscape with Gongs unlike any I’ve seen or experienced during his Restorative Yoga/Gong Bath class.

Read moreI recently visited Mind Body Hum in Seattle for the first time, booking through ClassPass, and had a wonderful experience. I attended the Yin yoga sound bath class, and it was truly relaxing.
The studio has a calming and welcoming atmosphere, providing a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with any questions or needs.
The yoga classes are well-structured, and the studio itself is clean and beautiful. For first-timers, it might take a few sessions to get accustomed to the flow of the classes and some of the terminology used, but overall, it's a great place to find balance and relaxation. I highly recommend Mind Body Hum to anyone looking to enhance their physical and...
Read moreI was so excited to attend a soundbowl healing class. I picked up a friend an hour and a half before the class started, in Tacoma. I drove up and there was absolutely no parking anywhere, so I dropped off my friend. I found parking up the hill and over a few blocks away in a parking garage. I went to the yoga studio and there was a sign up saying no late arrivals. While I understand not causing disruption during the sound bowl class, I don’t understand not returning my phone calls during business hours. I would have liked my $150 I spent to either be returned or credited to another class. I was wanted to check this experience out to determine if I wanted to take the sound bath training. Now I won’t be back. Beware of them...
