My nightmare with this complex continues. This complex has ignored 2 weeks of emails , requesting my payment history. I lived there for 10 months, and paid 10 months of rent and utilities, only for these people to say I owe over $400 in utilities. Mind you, per their app they are still billing me for utilities well into September when i moved out on August 16th and my lease ended on 8/31. They refuse to explain what utilities i paid for each month of they are purporting i still owe. This complex violated state law, in that i still have yet to receive my deposit statement and it has not been 36 days since my lease ended. Their third party utility company refuses to send a customers payment history and passes you off to the complex, who does not respond. Lived here for 2 years of my undergrad. The original staff were a bit rude but the new management was amazing! Jesse and the other girl (im sorry i forgot ur name) were very helpful. This place is super safe, easy access to the bus since its across the street, and cheaper in comparison to the M, Theory, or the Oliv. They are also super considerate and lenient on leasing times which is what made me choose this property in the first place. Would definitely live here again and this property made my first apartment experience amazing! It’s been a week of asking them to address our problem but no one cares. No one answer the phone you call, no one site manager, they only reply on email but don’t address your concern. The fridge was off because of circuit broke when we were gone for a week. Our unit stinks because of rotten meat products and spoiled food, we lost hundreds worth of groceries. We keep reporting and asking if they can change the whole fridge unit it’s unusable. The unit is emitting bad smell and it’s a respiratory hazard.
