I genuinely like this place. However, the inconsistent hours are throwing me off. Because I come here to spend my hard earned money and when I arrive and the shop is closed during the hours of regular business hours. It's off putting a bit. Especially when I have limited time from the time I get off work. Or even when I have days off. I really don't want to go somewhere else because other places aren't as knowledgeable. However, I do not like inconsistency, especially on a consistent basis. I call to make sure the hours are correct. I arrive during the designated hours, and it's closed. It's a waste of my time and energy. I'm getting my hopes up for nothing. I'm excited to get something new, and I can't. I don't like being upset, but it's hard to be happy at the same time when I'm constantly let down. I understand personal things happen. However, please let the customers know so that we can plan accordingly. Leave a message on the answering machine that you are closed early for the day. I've been looking for Black owned/BW owned metaphysical & herbal stores for a while now and this place is it! You never know how you're gonna feel when you go to any spiritual store since the customer service sometimes ends up being a direct contradiction of the purpose of the store lol So I only planned on being there for half an hour but I felt so good I ended up staying for nearly two hours. I got to know the owner and saw the bracelets being made. It's a peaceful bubble that matches the energy of the owner. I wear the bracelets I got daily and they're still beautiful and in the same great condition months later. There are many kinds of candles and the one I got burned for a lot longer than I expected. The African Blue Lotus & Licorice Root I made as tea to help with sleep worked well. It's relaxing and begins slowly and I noticed I was still relaxed and more present the next morning but not drowsy. Way better than my experience with sleeping meds/over the counter...

THE go-to for a wonderful spiritual shop experience. Not only are there crystals(necklaces, bracelets, raw as well) for your every need but there’s a multitude of items to help get you started on/explore your spiritual journey. I especially love that it’s black-woman owned & the owner is so passionate about her store and is so so knowledgeable. Not to mention there’s also different herbs for every kind of use(the only place i’ve found Blue Lotus Flower😍), most of them foraged from the reservation by a wonderful-hearted Native woman who also does tea-leaf readings (that hit SO deep).
