Shine Seattle LLC - Airbnb Cleaning and House Cleaning — Local services in Seattle

Renata and her team at Shine Seattle, LLC cleaned our Airbnb's (2 of them) for approximately 2-years. We were impressed that they never, ever, ever missed a cleaning. And, we have a lot of turnover in our Airbnb's on a weekly basis; our average stay is 3-5 nights with many 1 night stays smattered throughout the calendar year. The fact that they showed up rain, snow, or shine was ultra important to us. And, they always completed their cleaning with enough time available for us to do a walk-through the spaces if we wished to do so. Renata always responded to our texts, emails and phone calls. She never hid behind technology. In addition, she always accommodated early check-ins to the best of her ability. In fact it was extremely rare for her to say no to us when we had a guest arriving early. Overall her team is well trained and fairly seasoned. It's nice when a cleaning company sends the same person every time, but, it is not good when that person isn't available and one is faced with a new cleaner who isn't familiar with the particulars of the space. We were pleased that a number of the Shine cleaners were familiar with what was required to clean our Airbnb's. While Renata and her team at Shine worked with us, out of a couple of hundred reviews, we received at most two 4's - all the rest were 5's. We wouldn't be leaving Shine Seattle LLC except for the fact that we decided to turn our Airbnb operations over to a management company that uses their own cleaning team. Renata is horrible to work with - she truly does not care about the work that is done and is a completely unreliable scheduler. Not only has she disregarded phone calls when guests were to arrive within 45 min and the cleaner had not shown up yet, she has the audacity to blame the customer when the timeframe was communicated weeks in advance. And that is the other issue, that she has to be reminded that with Airbnb guests, your cleaners don't just get to come whenever, there is a specific timeframe between bookings to get things done. Again, if you have an Airbnb, this is NOT the service to book with. They will make you panic, be consistently unreliable, and ignore your phone calls when you are trying to figure out if your 1,500sq ft home will be cleaned or not 45 min prior to a guest arrival. I cannot recommend Renata and her team enough! They take their job very seriously and always ensure that my property is sparkling clean and ready for my guests.
