Beautiful tiny beach with splendid sprinkle of art + poetry about the transformation of dirty urban discarded fluids into clean ocean-is-the-limit freedom. I needed to write it all down for my sense-making - because the words on the metal plaques were spilling exactly like water - unpredictable, fast, playful and thoughtful, inexorably heading to the ocean. Worth visiting if you like everything water.
