I came to cryotherapy because I have read that it helps with soothing eczema-like skin and was good for your muscles. I weight train so I’m usually almost always sore and wanted to find something to help my skin. The whole process is quick and easy, you’re done in 5 minutes. You get undressed and sit in the cold chamber for about 2 minutes, and you’re accompanied by a staff member. Every staff member I’ve been with has been very kind and easy to talk to, so it makes the process go by fast. Is it cold? Absolutely. If you’re uncomfortable, just let the staff know, but you’re usually don’t before you know it and you get back to normal temperature fast.

I did end up getting an unlimited membership for a couple months because I wanted to be consistent and also try out the other services: infrared sauna and compression therapy. I really enjoyed the sauna, because it was nice and warm and relaxing to be in the sauna by yourself for 30 minutes. Compression was interesting, I don’t believe it was for me.

First things first, this review is way overdue for a place that made sure my body was not. I have been going to Celsius for over a year by way of a friend's recommendation and I could not be happier with my entire experience. Jenna! Jenna! Jenna! As if I couldn't shout her praises enough, Jenna is most spectacular esthetician and somehow also the most spectacular human being to match. She has had to stare at this hairy man body for well over a year and never once made me feel uncomfortable. I make my own self uncomfortable just looking in the mirror and this woman gave me a place to feel free and grow more and more comfortable with myself while doing her magic. I have done it all! I have done cryo, T-Shock, Chemical Peel, Facial, skinny shots, chains, whips, chips, dips, done it all and with every single appointment I have been more than satisfied. Jenna has become apart of my experience as well as all of the wonderful ladies at Celsius including, Julie, Maggie, Maddie, and Joanna. Absolutely thrilled with my experience at this medical clinic! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm, friendly staff who make you feel instantly at ease.
