I am unsure if I would recommend others to live here. The construction next door has been extremely disruptive. If you live at the back of the building, expect to be woken up before 7 am most days. Despite multiple complaints to the leasing office, the noise from the construction vehicles and an industrial fan at the neighboring building makes it difficult to enjoy being outside or open windows. While the staff is very kind and helpful, and they are not to blame for the construction noise, I would prefer if they actively did something about it so the other tenants are not affected. As for cost, the rent is comparable to other buildings in Seattle, ranging from approximately $2600 to $3000 for a one-bedroom apartment. The sewer is about $80 per month, common area electricity about $40, water $30, trash an additional $42, and there’s a Conservice service fee of about $5. The mandatory trash valet service costs $40 per month, despite my preference for disposing of my garbage myself. Parking is $300-350 per month, which is the one aspect I’m happy with—my parking space. The inside of the apartment is clean, though it would be nice to have 24-hour security, which they do not provide. There have been some minor inconveniences, including several instances where they have had to enter my apartment since moving in, but nothing too severe. Even though I don’t drink, it’s worth noting that you’re not allowed to drink alcohol in the common areas. Additionally, I had to call 911 early in the morning because smoke was coming out of my neighbor's apartment, and another neighbor set off the fire alarm a month later, resulting in an evacuation at 11 pm. The gym AC issue, coupled with the fact that many residents have zero gym etiquette, such as not re-racking weights or cleaning up after themselves, has been frustrating. It would also be nice if they had a garbage can outside the building so we can dispose of all the trash that is blown in or left behind at the entrance. I don't mind picking it up if there are trash receptacles. Here’s my breakdown of the star rating: - Building Quality and Amenities: ★★★★☆ The building itself is nice, and the inside of the apartment is clean. The parking space is excellent. However, the gym AC issue and lack of 24-hour security are drawbacks. - Noise Levels: ☆☆☆☆☆ The construction noise from the neighboring building is unbearable and starts early in the morning, affecting the quality of life significantly. Edit: Now that the construction is over, the industrial fan is constantly on and creating a about an extra 70+ decibels. Don't expect to use your back patio because you can't even talk over the noise. - Staff and Management: ★★★★☆ The staff is kind and helpful, but their lack of effective action regarding the construction noise and other issues detracts from their rating. - Cost and Fees: ★★☆☆☆ The rent is comparable to other buildings in Seattle, but the additional costs such as sewer, electricity, water, trash, and mandatory valet service add up significantly. - Security: ★☆☆☆☆ My $3000 e-bike was stolen out of the locked bike garage behind a key fob. There are random cars parking throughout the parking garage. The staff from the next building over uses this garage, so it is not private and from the security footage I have, it seems like they let the thief into the building. If anyone has seen my stolen bicycle attached to this review where the lock was sawed from the locked parking garage and locked bike room on P2, please let me know. Be wary of the five star reviews. They are all employees.

Been waiting to write a review for this place because it all seemed too good to be true. But I've been here for almost 5 months now and I couldn't be happier. First of all the units/common areas are gorgeous, love showing it off as it always impresses friends & family. Location is amazing literally across the street from MoPop & Space Needle. The only complaints I have about the place are really with the people and not the staff (inconsiderate aholes bumping music outside @3am on a Tuesday, trashing entrance & common areas, people not getting their packages so the pickup room is full, etc.) Other than that the right-side elevator occasionally doesn't work. But I can easily say the positives by far outweigh any negatives (which you'll probably experience at any apt complex). We have viewing parties, paint night, HH, wine tasting, & celebrations all the time. Most impressive of all are the staff. Noah, Lolly, Sadie, Alyssa, Ben, Jonathan, + more are fun, quick to answer/act, great to talk to, reliable, everything. Ex: I was late paying the deposit (clearly my fault) but Noah apologized and blamed himself 😂🤦‍♂️ also love watching Noah host events because he's so charismatic & in his element. Sadie always spoils my dog 💛 Lolly was there for me (after hours) when I was going through personal stuff. I could not ask for a better team, thank you all.

I was the first person to move in to Siteline Apartments and I instantly knew I hit the jackpot. Why? Let me break it down. First off, the location is unbeatable. It's like having the city on speed dial – you can walk or hop on transit to anywhere your heart desires. No more long commutes or missing out on the action! Then there are the amenities. Picture this: a top-notch fitness center, commercial kitchen, rooftop lounge, game room, you name it – Siteline has it. It's like living in a luxury hotel, but better because it's home. But the real magic happens with the community. Whether it's the resident events or just bumping into friendly faces in the hallway, Siteline is more than just a place to crash – it's a family. Choosing Siteline was hands down the best decision I've made. It's not just an apartment; it's a lifestyle upgrade. So if you're ready to ditch the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary, come join us at Siteline.

WOW. If you are looking for a place to live in the city then I would 100% recommend siteline. Not only is it an actual luxury building for non-luxury prices, but the team here really is a family.

The apartment itself is perfect. You can chose between light or dark floors, every single unit has AC (unheard of in Seattle), I have NEVER heard a single noise in this apartment. Not once have I lived in a place so quiet with such thick walls. Floor to ceiling windows. In unit FULL SIZE washer and dryer. Not to mention everything is brand new. There is currently construction on the building next door and I cannot hear a peep! SUPER dog friendly, I have a big dog and he loves it here. The staff give him the best treats every time they see him.

The building is also amazing! The hallways are clean and the trash room is constantly monitored. If there are issues with the trash room not being taken care of my some residents, the team is on it immediately and ensures it is clean. The elevators always work. There is a gorgeous rooftop area, a pool gaming room, a gorgeous common space, and the best state of the art gym. I have never had a single package stolen and the staff actually organize the package room and ensure it is secure. I saw a review on here that said the area doesn't feel safe... and I have to strongly disagree. The best benefit of the building is you are living on top of the biggest tourist attraction of Seattle. This is arguably the cleanest part of the city and I have never seen trash or anything on the streets around here. I am a single woman in my 20s and I walk my dog at night here, I have never felt unsafe once in this area. I can honestly say this area is well kempt and one of the safest places in the city.

Now onto my favorite part of this place, the staff. Every single person I have met on this staff have been the kindest and most caring people in the city. I first met Noah who is the funniest, and most passionate person on staff. Not only will he do anything at the drop of a hat to ensure your needs are met, but he hosts an amplitude of events and makes this place really feel like a family. Alyssa is an incredible manager and is has always been so kind and helpful!! She really cares about how residents feel and is passionate about the building. I could go on and on about the rest of the staff, but I hope my point has gotten across. I have stayed in many apartment complexes and none compare to the community of Siteline.

10/10 would recommend and thank you to the Siteline staff for being so kind to...

I recently had the pleasure of touring the apartments at Siteline and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped through the doors, Noah and the rest of the apartment staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued.

One of the most impressive aspects of my interaction with the staff was their consistent and frequent communication. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my needs and were dedicated to providing the best possible service. Their friendliness and professionalism were evident in every interaction, and I truly felt like a priority throughout the entire process.

Not only did the staff excel in their interpersonal skills, but they also demonstrated a remarkable ability to provide valuable advice and guidance. Their expertise and insight were invaluable as I navigated the apartment search, and it was clear that they were a cohesive and knowledgeable team.

In addition to their exemplary customer service, I was amazed by the efficiency with which they have handled the logistics of getting me into the apartment I want. Their swift and organized approach will only make the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Lastly, I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Siteline. Noah and the rest of the staff are truly amazing, and their dedication to their residents is evident in every aspect of their work. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone in search of a welcoming, professional, and efficient...
