My boyfriend and I went to grab a coffee from the cafe 11/03/2018 at 340pm. I ordered the banana split latte (just had to try it haha) and my boyfriend got a regular latte with an extra shot of espresso, the sweetest lady took our order, and we went and say down to rest our feet for a quick sec since we figured the drinks would be out relatively shortly. Once about 8 minutes passed, we went up and began to stand near where they announce the beverages, once of the baristas asked us if we were still waiting, we said yes, she had a look of horror, which I just cant understand, they were NOT BUSY. Then customers that had ordered way after us began to get their drinks. We just continued to wait patiently. Then we approached another 10 minutes, and I'm NOT exaggerating. I had to pop my head around and just ask have the drinks been started? At this point there was a very flustered young guy working the bar. He says yes, then proceeds to tell us they dont have enough half and half to make my boyfriends drink, I'm just so frustrated, they can walk out front behind the counter and grab some freaking half and half from the coffee station, we have been waiting for 20 MINUTES FOR TWO BASIC DRINKS! we then just ask can we please have our money back, we paid with cash, thus guy has such an attitude at this point, he says he needs a manager, so we say ok, just finish the drinks. We continue to stand right there, we are not walking away, he begins to make snide remarks "I didnt realize guys were in a hurry" that is what really pissed me off. I am in customer service, I would NEVER say that to a customer, and especially since we were being so polite! My bf tells him well it has more taken 25 minutes to get to drinks, every single other person has been served who were behind us, but us. He did finally apologize. But it had some serious attitude to it. The he broke something and got even more pissed. I mean he was acting like he was working in a busy Starbucks!! They weren't even busy, just insane. I finally get my drink, I sip it, and say "delicious" (even though it was so like warm) I'm just trying to be positive haha, he looks at me and says " something wrong with your coffee??" Im telling you like he wanted to fight me! At this point all I can do is laugh, nervously, omg get my bf his drink and let's get the f* out of here! Haha. He finally gets his, its totally gross. Luke warm, all milk. We leave and all we can do is laugh in disbelief that we had experienced that kind of service.

If anyone at the kitchen at the museum reads this, just know that if was a guy around 25 maybe, short, about 5'7, short brown hair, and he broke something, this all happened in between 340-408, he isnt the one that made it late, there seemed to be some struggles with training a new person and the girl just forgot our drinks, that happens. But the way he treated us, once he came in was so unacceptable. I dont understand how people work in customer service and treat other...

This place prooved absolutely that having a celebrity chef in your name does not make you good. At all.

The place is clean and looks nice. That's why it got two Stars instead of one.

The entire good part of this review is over.

We got several things and shared among five people so we call all try a sampling. We got a burger, a marinara pizza, spare rib sliders, BBQ pork sliders, garlic cheese bites, and an Atlantic salmon sandwich.

The salmon was passable at best, and it was by far the best at the table.

Both the rib and BBQ pork sliders were nauseatingly greasy with equal parts meat and gelatinous gummy globs of pure fat. Deemed inedible and not finished.

The marinara pizza was very salty and basically tasted like grated Parmesan cheese on a pita bread. Deemed inedible and not finished.

The garlic and cheese bites are misleadingly named. It's fried Mac and cheese. Both they and their dipping sauce lacked any semblance of flavor. Finished, but completely boring.

The burger was ... A burger. They don't ask how you want it, they all come out medium. It is a burger so plain and non-descript that you might not remember it even while you chew it.

The prices range from $8-$16 and for that you will get nothing of any worth.

Don't be fooled by the celebrity name. This is garbage and Wolfgang Puck, if he has any sense of pride left in him at all, should shut this place down...

I see there are some negative reviews here, but I have to say, the grilled cheese sandwich I had here was one of the best I have ever eaten, including my own, and I make a damn fine grilled cheese! It was so ooey, gooey and cheesy, with a garlic aiolia, thin sliced turkey and tomato, surrounded by crispy, buttery, cheesy bread.....my mouth is watering just remembering it! My husband had the Wagyu burger and he was also really happy with it. And the fries were delicious too! Usually I will hand about half of my fries over to my husband, but not this time! It was not, by any means, cheap, but then again you are paying for the convenience of not fighting traffic, or having to walk elsewhere, to grab a bite. So from that aspect, it was not ridiculous either. On our Seattle vacation we have paid far more for a meal and gotten much worse food. If we lived local you can bet I would be going back for another grilled 3...

Food: We order orange juice, latte with soy milk, chicken nuggets, and everything dog. The orange juice was sweet and fresh! Worth the $4. The latte was $3.75 for a small. It was good. The chicken nugget was $6 and tasted freshly fried and somewhat of a healthier taste than the average nugget. The $10 everything hotdog was almost perfect. The bread was soft and easy to cut. The hotdog was a little oily inside. The toppings made it stand out. The potato chip side were freshly made too! Services: Alexandrea was very helpful. She had a lot of recommendation for the coffee and food. The server was also sweet. She brought us our food and offered Chipotle sauce vs ketchup, which was delicious! Seating: There is a plenty of seats. The seats were comfortable and enjoyable. Has a modern look to it.

In Seattle, our group stopped by Culture Kitchen, and had the BLT and chickens and waffles. BLT is thick, its bacon could be crispier, and the avocado mash included in sandwich, skipped, unless you like or love avocados. The chicken and waffles with bourbon butter was hands-down the best tasting chicken I’ve had - breading, sauce, flavor, portion size; everything together - Uber-fantastic-filling delicious. The best part about Culture Kitchen, even better than its chicken and waffles is their bartender Olivia - fun, knowledgeable, and a wealth of information about Seattle, places to visit and experience. Overall, Culture Kitchen - an unexpected pleasure, and a perfect place to check out before or after you visit the Space Needle or Chihuly Garden.
