Kohl's — Local services in Secaucus

i went to this plaza to do shopping from different store . one day i went with my wife to do some shopping . we entrant first to tj maxx beside Kohl's . my wife bought something from tj maxx , i give her my credit card to pay her stuffs at tj maxx . i left her on line and i went to Kohl's with my son on stroller. after 3 or 5 minutes my wife followed me to Kohl's carrying one small bag. she went to side jewelers and she opened the bag to put my credit card in the bag which bring from tj maxx ,someone from customer service of Kohl's or by camera saw her when she opened the bag and she put something . they thought she stole something from jewelers. i was at section of men looking for some cloths for me . she came to me and she put her the bag in stroller of my son . when we finished i went to pay and she left to use bathroom . i waited her until she came and when we left khol's store one officer of khol's store stooped us wrongfully falsely accused of shoplifting. he returned us to his office and he accused my wife by steeling jewelers and she put in bag which in stroller of my son . and he opened the bag then he didn't find nothing except one item bought from tj maxx . he apologized to us but shame on them to accuse their customers like that . they are terrible customers services and the worst i saw in my life like them . they embarrassed us and we fell very because my wife is pregnant . horrible stupid people workin in...

The service for these location is terrible and really poor for the Management team.I have experience really bad here I make a purchase and also I buy a gift card that never gave me when I found that happens I go back and explain what happens and not vary do anything, so when I go to customers service to return what I buy, in the back was the manager are know the name but she is fat women and very rude when I told her she told me we need to running the camara to see and I ask my employee and she said she give to u and I said excume if you don't know don't make opinion Ok, so I left I go the next day and asked if she running the camara and she told me u left, and I said whaoooo if u the manager for Kohls is really bad to have sombody like u and she also with terrible service she don't do anything. ..I call customer service and I found that they give me that credit back because they found that the Gift card never was give to me now I said who saying the truth Miss.Manager with u ugly face I will never shop here not to see u sad face...

I don’t know why but this store seems bare so there wasn’t much options in the men department and junior girls. The check out was interesting as I was asked like any other time will I be using my Kolhs card and I said yes. Nothing out of the norm and then as my items get scanned I hear a conversation between the cashier and their co workers, asking if I was applying for the card and they said she has one then asking if my husband wanted to apply for a card after I had already said I’m using mines. It’s late I’m tired I just wanted to go home but why be pushy. I worked retail so I get the daily expectations to meet goals, but can we be subtle about it practice a little more decorum. Is this a misrepresentation of management, because when employees are more concerned on numbers then helping a customer out or asking about their shopping experience something isn’t clicking.
