Iāve never had an issue with Aaronās until today. Id usually give them 5 stars but today itās 3⦠Because the delivery coordinator Rick⦠I purchased items to be delivered at my residence and was told Iād get a heads up on when it would be HEADING my way. It was a window between 11-3pm. My man called the store today to see if they had an estimated time because Iām pregnant and needed to him to go grab lunch for me, which was deadass 5min up the road. They didnāt call until they were at the property (even though we were told weād get a heads up beforehand). He told them just hang on a sec he was heading back and it wouldnāt take but 5min for him, traffic was rough today so it took him 7-8min⦠(2min extra) and when he pulled in they were nowhere to be found whatsoever. I called the team coordinator and he wasnāt budging telling us their schedules were timed and Iād have to reschedule, mind you Iāve been waiting for this furniture for nearly two WEEKS and scheduled it to be delivered on this day because this is the only day I can do it, between work and doctors appointments. The coordinator was just extremely uncooperative kept refusing to have them come back claiming they had ā9ā stops to complete today. But when I contacted the actual store I purchased the furniture from the woman said āno they only had ā3ā stops todayā. So all around itās extremely unprofessional on the delivery coordinator to be lying and refusing to deliver like scheduled. It wasnāt until I spoke to the GM Dylan that things got squared away today. The drivers called the wrong number and instead of checking it out with the store they just left, and thatās when they called my manās number (which threw me for a loop because why if they couldnāt reach the āwrongā number they had been calling, couldnāt they contact his number straight away???) anyways... If it werenāt for Dylan I donāt think Iād have had my furniture any time soon. So if you have issues with the delivery coordinator CONTACT Dylan, donāt waste your time or breath with the coordinator, itās pointless. I feel like they need to find someone more professional, and better fitting...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI chose Aaron's for my laundry needs. Huge mistake. After 6 months my dryer wasn't working properly. It was picked up and shipped off to Denver and took nearly 3 months to get back. The paperwork stated they had it back on Nov.15 but it wasn't until nearly a month later they were delivered back to my home. The dryer was picked up in perfect condition as I take care of my purchases. When returned, it looked like it had been attacked by a bear. Whatever, I just wanted my dryer back at this point. The used car salemen-like gentleman continuously interrupted and spoke over me when attempting to find a solution, completely disrespectful and uncaring of the situation. My washer also stopped working and my "replacement" looked cosmetically trashed and the control panel is not functional. Their offer was to keep exchanging them for returned units of the same make and model or return and cancel my lease, leaving over $1500 lost. I cannot emphasize enough to avoid this place. Offers were made to put me into a new lease with different models and knock of 3 or so payments completely disregarding the already huge amount of money paid to this unit. I was promised a call back by the closing day on a Friday for a different model set pre-owned as a compromise and 2 less payments. This never happened and was my attempt at a second chance and they completely threw that out the window. They have had a lot of lease cancelations of these same Samsung garbage machines and I can only.imagine why. They're terrible and they won't stand behind their products like...

This last time I am not as pleased, and I still don't have a remote for a fireplace TV center that states online that it clearly comes with one, when I called the store for the 3rd time regarding the issue, I was told to try and download an app to use as a remote. (WTH) However, outside of this experience, they are amazing and have been great to work with over the years and I'll probably work with them for years to come. I've purchased a washer/dryer, 2 HD TV's, then a 55 inch 4k TV, and now a 65 inch 4k, UHD, HDR, amazingly beautiful smart TV and stand. (I usually pay my things off early). Because I get paid every 15 days, my payroll can be a nightmare. They have ALWAYS worked with me, through government furlough, car issues and vet bills. If you pay your bills, and communicate with them, they will go above and beyond to help you. But if you're a bad customer, don't blame them. If you're leasing, renting or buying something and it breaks, they WILL fix it. They came all the way to Yoder to replace my sound bar and even brought a new subwoofer when mine acted up. Now, if I could just get a remote for the fireplace.... Ugh! That's the only reason for 4 stars. (It's still advertised that it comes with a remote) Just saying.... LoL... Thanks guys for...
