This was my first time at the store. I usually go to the Bealls store less than a mile away, but I've been to a Bealls Outlet before and thought I'd try this one out too because I had a half an hour to kill and really nothing else to do. I am so glad that I did! When I go to these types of places I tend to be focused on where is the clearance section. But I literally took my time to browse such a clean seemingly wide open space with merchandise that was obviously meticulously placed. When I did get to the men's clearance section, I was a little disappointed that it was nearly empty. Wow! That was my reaction. I have never seen empty racks in a clearance section before. The disappointment quickly faded as I once again was caught up in how the store was stocked. I quickly located the jeans section for men and was once again not just impressed but awestruck. The sizes we're clearly labeled with the circular tags that I'm very familiar with. What was unique and wonderful about this store, the size clothing matched the circular tags! Oh my God! What a concept! I needed a size 30 possibly 31 waist pant, a size that's typically very difficult to find, and there they were. About 15 jeans, hung neatly between the 30 and 32 circular tags. And each one of them had a tag in the waist verifying that they were indeed 31 inch waist jeans. Gobsmacked, I had to see if this brilliant concept continued with the other sizes as well. And indeed they did! I didn't think my enthusiasm could possibly be inflated even higher, that would possibly be too much for my aging body to handle. Certainly it would cause some sort of physical distress. But alas, I was one more time shot with a jig of Glee with my find and thankfully without the need to call for medical assistance. I found a pair of white, 31 in waist, Abercrombie and Fitch jeans, for fantastic price of only $19.99! This was not a clearance price folks! I also found a nice pair of khakis for $15. Nearly overcome with a giddy kind of joy that you can only get when you find a phenomenal deal, I knew my half-hour was nearly up and I needed to find a cashier to check out. But because people in retail will more often than not only be approached by an irate customer completely overreacting by some insignificant detail that the store clerk would have no power to fix so the only solution would be to stand and politely take the offensive diatribe the unsatisfied customer would unleash upon them until they were finished and offer an I'm sorry with as much sincerity they could muster, I was not going to let my giddy ridden Joy go unshared. As the cashier rung me up I Unleashed upon her a Litany of praises about the cleanliness of the store, it's organization and of course the deal on those Ambercrombie & Fitch jeans. She asked me if I would repeat what I said to her manager. Of course! I declared and got to repeat it all over again to the manager. And I'm happy to say that there were at least a half-a-dozen people around who got to hear it as well. A fine day rolled up into one half an hour. So, by all means, go out of your way to...

Not a good experience today 05/20/2024 I was totally ignored the entire time I was in your store. I was 1 isle over from 2 employees that were restocking and changing items around one looked directly at me and said nothing while in the bath section. I then went to the kitchen section looking for a specific item which it wasn’t there I proceeded to go back into the same direction as the bath section. I heard one employee clearly speak to 2 older females amd asked were they and if she help them as I walked by again crickets. I then proceeded to the men’s section at that point what I had in mind to purchase I decided not to purchase. I must say on a positive note one employee on my way out said hi and if she can ring me up which I declined. However I did mention that I had been in the store 45 minutes and I appreciated her speaking as not one other employee...

On 7-18-25 I purchased a women’s top for $7.99. Today, 8-26-25, I went to return it because it’s too small. Because the item had an additional markdown on it, they wanted to refund me today’s price of $6 and some change. Now I have been a rewards member and cardholder for at least 10 years and find this totally unacceptable!! Yes, it is within their 60 day return window. Yes, I had my receipt. No, it’s not a large amount, but this is a large company and I’m not even a drop in the bucket, but it’s the principle of the matter. I’m done with them and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
