HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Horrible experience! The manager acted nice at first but became increasingly worse until the end when he was screaming at me. He should have been screaming at his sandwich maker.
I go through the drive through and order a double cheeseburger with only ketchup, mayo, heavy lettuce, heavy onion on it. With a short drive through that leads directly into the street I was asked to pull up to the line at the street and wait.
I had asked for extra straws and napkins. They weren't in the bag, so before pulling off, I requested them again. There was a spot in another business' parking lot to pull around to, which would then circle around to the drive through again I found out, so I was directed there. The manager came out with the napkins and straws, and since I was already parked, I opened my sandwich.
It was missing the onion and lettuce I had paid for and had the nasty yellow mustard on it.
I pulled through the drive through and told the manager and he said he'd correct it. I had to tell him "No" regarding pickles twice. So when I got the sandwich, guess what was on there?
And I'm allergic to pickles, as my arms rash up.
I had looked at the sandwich before pulling to the other parking lot, but only saw the heavy onion and lettuce.
I bit into it and found the pickles. I was pissed. I'm also autistic, so I had to take some time to cool down and think through what I needed to say.
I went inside and opened it up to show them. He wanted to know "what was wrong this time" and I held up the pickles and said I'm allergic to pickles and remined him I had to correct him twice.
I insisted he upgrade to a Whopper. I had to get a napkin to wipe off my hands and was going to hand him the receipt so they could get the order right this time, but he insisted he didn't need it, and he recited what I had ordered.
I still checked the sandwich before leaving.
Tomato was on it. I had not asked for tomato. At least I'm not allergic to tomato.
Then the manager decided to get mad at me, because I had "created a mess" on his counter.
Yeah, the opened sandwich with pickles was still there, and the tomatoes I had put beside it before I was to walk out. He yelled at me to clean it up, and only because I'm a nice guy did I do it. I should have just walked out and let him clean up his own mess. I did tell him he should have gotten the order right. He didn't care. He yelled at me to leave.

Tracy is not a good customer service representative or supervisor at all. Her smart attitude and lack customer care definitely show. I will NEVER visit this location again. Sad, I’ve been a Seminole resident my entire life and I used to eat dinner at this BK every Saturday for MANY years. Lots of great memories made here. I lost my grandmother in 1996 and we frequented this location very very often because of her inability to drive. They were a lot of great memories made here. But I now have to say all of the bad customer service has outweighed all of the good memories made here. I will no longer visit this location. I hope you’re proud Tracy! Just say hello and I’ll be with you in a moment when somebody pulls up to the speaker. Don’t make them wait 10 minutes and when they say hello, please don’t be rude to them.… Just a little piece of advice. We waited 10 minutes for YOU and then we said hello. You were the a$$ Whole. Keep prepping those DoorDash, Uber eats and all of those other takeout services that you have to share a percentage of your profits with., because you had a customer at your window willing to pay full price, not some Uber eats driver. We had a late night out and I was just looking to feed my family. Instead of getting it my way or even BK’s way Tracy got it her way. The lazy, I don’t want to work today in 2023 WAY and attitude that the rest of the world seems to have! Just work, just say hello when somebody pulls up to the speaker. Just do your job! The rest of us all do it. I’m sure you can handle it, after all, you just work at Burger King, Tracy. If you are kind at the speaker, I’m kind at the speaker… If you’re rude to me, I’m going to pull around that window and be confrontational. Learn from this experience please. Read moreThis is one of the most disgusting location ever. I never have high standards when walking into a Burger King because for some reason they are always disgusting. This people that work at this location are a little "gheto" and always have attitude problems. When you go inside they have people hanging out and the employee are just there talking to then rather than focusing on the cleanliness and professionalism of the restaurant.
Went again today clearly my fault for thinking things would be better. The Burger King was a disaster would be an understatement. From start to finish, the experience was a showcase of inefficiency and disorganization.
Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by a chaotic scene: long lines snaking around with no clear indication of where to order. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disinterested in assisting customers, adding to the frustration of the situation.
As I waited in line, I couldn't help but notice the lack of cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Tables were dirty, floors were sticky, and the overall atmosphere was uninviting. It was clear that maintenance and cleanliness were not a priority for this Burger King location.
When I finally reached the front of the line to place my order, I was met with even more frustration. The cashier seemed confused and struggled to input my order correctly. Several times, I had to repeat myself, only to be met with sighs of annoyance from the staff.
After what felt like an eternity, I received my food, but the ordeal was far from over. The order was incorrect, missing items I had specifically requested, and the food itself was lukewarm at best. It was evident that quality control was non-existent in the kitchen.
To make matters worse, the dining area was a disaster zone. Trash bins overflowed, and there was a shortage of napkins and condiments. It was impossible to find a clean, comfortable spot to enjoy my meal.
Overall, my experience at this Burger King was nothing short of a nightmare. From the disorganized service to the lack of cleanliness and poor quality food, it's safe to say that I will not be returning anytime soon. If you're looking for a fast food experience to remember, avoid this Burger King...
