The management of this company is horrible Iād definitely consider hiring a new manager. The way I was spoken to was extremely unprofessional and rude I was shocked because Iāve never been spoken to by someone how she spoke to me. this so called manger I called last week to have a respectful conversation regarding an unusual no show to an appointment charge on my card. I asked if I could be refunded since I cancelled my apt via email which apparently isnāt good enough you have to call and cancel I had no idea why have the no option in the email if I have to call.. consider fixing that too. The conversation ended to me and her agreeing for me to dispute the charge since she couldnāt refund me herself. Fast forward to yesterday I called the studio to book another appointment only them to answer the phone laugh and put me on hold for 30 minutes I knew something was weird there then I received another call from them saying please hold and left me on hold for another 15 minutes at that point they were just messing with me on purpose I then hung up and received a call from the manager ātaraā saying that Iām ābannedā from the studio I asked why and she said she had left a note saying I was not allowed back for an unknown reason she will not tell me the only thing she told me was that It was from me saying I would just dispute the charge and she agreed I should do that which I ended up not even doing I was hoping they could just put that $35 towards my next fill she then proceeded to have the most uncalled for and entitled attitude which is funny to me considering she just manages a lash studio saying āI donāt need to give a reason to not allow you back this conversation is over Iām not speaking to you again youāre not coming backā she was highly unprofessional. Iāve brought multiple friends into this location and they leave saying they will never even think about going back considering how they all talk negatively about some of the clients to other clients. This is very disappointing to see considering I have been a loyal client for over 3 years. Over the 3 years Iāve spent thousands and wasted so much time for this lady to not even have a reason to not allow me back. Very embarrassing and not a good look for this...

If you ask one question all she says is sorry nothing we can do. After they charged my account 80 dollars my lashes fell out 4 days later . Horrible please go somewhere else save your money the manager talks to you like you took a class to work there like you know every policy when your just a customer 80 dollars for 4 days of lashes JOKE!!!!!!!!!!! I didnāt get them wet for 48 hours I did everything by the book as this is not my first time getting lashes you get what you pay for I guess... 0 compensation they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY ONCE THEY TAKE IT GO FIGURE HAHAAAA

Your manager was very rude disrespectful and condescending she was very unprofessional and I couldnāt even believe I was even speaking to an employee let alone a manager . who could treat someone with such disrespect. And looking out for employees to me seems a little far fetched when your own employees and customers had to watch their own back From the last manager who had a melt down and wouldnāt leave over being fired seems like you should really get both sides Of a story instead of striving to act like you care about money that was taken with no service given. And now have another manager who seems like she hates her job like the last but again for the sake Of your business I would be careful seems how your managers you bring in seem very ignorant .LASH ROOM IN PINELLAS PARK IS AMAZING AND YOU ACTUALLY GET ONE ON ONE NON CANCELED APPOINTMENTS NO SCREAMING CRAZY MANAGERS & no gossip from the girls because they work as a team I use to love the entertainment at lash studios but robbing customers isnāt cool lol I will no longer entertain lash studios they do enough of that for us during our appointments. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI know this is long, but I have to tell my story.. Absolute worst customer service in my entire life. I get cancelled on as I was pulling in because the lash tech called out. I reschedule. 10 minutes before that appointment I get a call cancelling for a second time due to the girl calling out... Against my judgement I make ANOTHER appointment for later. They signed me up for a membership stating if I cancel same day I am charged a fee. What about the 2 times i was cancelled on right? I make an appointment for two weeks after specifically because I am going out of the country. I get a call this week cancelling that appointment because they messed up someones books... So I cancel my membership & do not reschedule since clearly these people do not know how to run a business properly. They inform me I will still be charged for that appointment because of the membership (that doesnāt even come out for another week & that I never even got to use). I am in the beauty industry and would NEVER do this to my paying guests. I also was told by a professional lash technician that because of the way these lashes were poorly done, I should prepare for my real lashes to fall out. I have to pay more money now to get them removed and redone the correct way. I emailed the owner, Melissa. I call her the next day per her request, leave a message, and have not heard back from her. I want to warn everyone of this terribly ran ābusinessā. I wish this didnāt have to come down to writing a review, as I told the owner I did not want to do this, but I have to warn others of this scam since nothing is being done. Stay away...
