I have been a member since they opened-over 2 years now. I loved the cryo, red light and sauna. Front desk is kind and helpful. Went there several times a month. I decided to end my membership due to finances and I was told by a front desk staff that I had a certain amount of time to use my credits so I didn’t rush in to use my last credits (which one was more than a month and a half worth of credits) and they took all of the credits away despite what she told me. She even told me “she wouldn’t have gone into that much detail” when talking to me about the end dates etc. well, she did. I’m not making it up as this conversation occurred in person. I fully admit I didn’t realize in the email that was sent about the cancellation that I had 30 days to use my credits so I was going off of what the front office said. I’m sad and frustrated that there was no way to even give me back some of my credits due to the misunderstanding. I’m upset that they never return phone calls or answer emails (sometimes at all or in a timely manner). After being a member for over 2 years and recommending friends to go here, I expected a little more flexibility and understanding but they didn’t care that over $200 worth of credits went down the drain. While the facial was good, there are more negatives which outweighed the overall experience. First, the receptionist was friendly. But there were two other employees sitting in the customer chairs. The receptionist asked me to take a seat while the esthetician went to get the room ready. The other two employees saw me look at the chairs so the receptionist asked me to sit in the other room. The three employees continued talking, one about going through a hard time and the other one looking to date a doctor. It’s unprofessional to be talking about this at a place of business with a customer 5-feet away. Facial was good. However, I could only afford it with the discount. Prices are way too high and the place would make a lot of business if prices were reduced. I told the receptionist to tell Grant that he finally got me in, and it was only because of the special he was running on Facebook. Would I go back is the question - only if the facial price is reduced (even $150 is too much) and throw in the hand and shoulder massage like Massage Envy as their facial price is $59.
