I went in last week to get a case for my edge plus and I found one I liked . I called the store and talked Steven and I told him that I was not happy with it . He said that he could put a hard screen protector on it and it was going to be 18.00 I told Steven I didn't have that much money he said just come bye and he take care of it. So I drove all the way to pigeon forge went in the store I seen Steven he took out my screen protector that came with the phone then told the other guy to put one the glass protection on my phone. The other guy told me it would be 18.00 I told him. That Steven told me not to worry about it to come in and let him fix it. So he called Steven from the room down at the entrance to come up. So Steven came up and said he did not tell me he give it to me. So he basically called me a lier. So I told him that I wasn't paying for something he agreed to fix. So he took and put the protected cover he took off back on my phone . He did not glue it back in or nothing. Steven just laid it on the face of my screen and put the case back on it. So now I don't have any protection for my screen if it gets wet. It does away with warranty and everything to protect my phone. I would not trust this company with any of your phones. They are not trustworthy business. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I think that every time someone writes a bad reviews that pay someone or bribe someone to right write good post.    Read moreWe were vacationing in PF, and my charger port for my Galaxy s5 stopped working. I was sent to WOW by an at&t associate, they gave them rave reviews. After dropping my phone off to WOW, and paying $70 to have the port fixed, I went back and it was fixed... so I thought.. The port now works but my touch screen is ruined!! They completely ruined my phone. I took it back and let them know what was happening, the desk associate told the fella that fixes the phones that it was "like the other phone and was doing the same thing." So apparently I'm not the only customer who dropped a phone off for a quick fix and had their whole phone ruined. I dropped it off again for a half day to fix the touch screen, no charge of course, and when I went back he stated that he didn't attach the screen all the way.... it was worse than before I dropped it off!!!! I've since had to purchase a new phone, due to my touch screen being completely ruined. It would pop up random settings, or try and close out my apps, without me even touching the screen at all.. so I urge everyone to seriously concider spending your monet elsewhere, either get a new phone, or find a reputable comany to fix it.    Read moreI called to get a price to get a new battery for my iPhone and was quoted $35 plus tax we went the very next day and when they charge before they do the work and when he rang it up it was $49.58 I told the guy I called last night and they told me $35 he said well it might be if you come back tomorrow! I said oh it’s cheaper tomorrow and he said well the manager will be here and he might have been the one you talked to! I said why would he quote one price and your are giving up a totally different price and he said well that the price of you want it fixed tonight and he looked at the other guy working and asked did they talk to you last night at which he responded I never answered the phone last night! So they lost our business and any further business I might have sent them in the future! They should not quote a price and then charge a different price when you walk in! We even asked when we called if we needed an appointment and got a price for them to do a virus scan as well! I’m sure that would have been a higher amount too! I will go to the actual apple store and pay $50 and get an actual apple battery put in it tomorrow! Thanks...
