Do not ever do business here. I purchased a fridge through this location and shortly after, it stopped working. I called and had the fridge sent in for repair and when they brought me the loaner, not only did the delivery guy tear holes in my kitchen floor, they kept my fridge several MONTHS before returning it. When I got it back the first time, the entire inside was covered in mold and we sent it back again. The second time it was returned, the guy set it up and said to give it a bit to cool off.
Yeah, it was still broken.
I called to find out why it was still broken and Jayla (the extremely rude girl that answers the phones) explained to me that the entire time they had it in repair, nobody actually touched it because they thought it was fine. She stated that every single French door or side by side refrigerator would all be broken that same way and you would have to adjust the temperature daily in order for it to work.
Wait, what? No.
Back and forth we go. Finally, she states they will replace my fridge but they would have to find one. A week goes by with no response. (Mind you, I've already wasted a few hundred dollars worth of food at this point)
Finally, I called back and was told they would just give me a fridge that was "worth more" than mine but it would be delivered in about a week.
We received the new fridge and when the delivery guy sets it up... it doesn't work. Not only that, but it has a strange smell. His assumption is that the filter should be changed and he would order the part. He leaves.
A little time goes by and not only do both the fridge and freezer not work, but we look inside of it and an obscene amount of roaches scatter.
Are you serious?
The smell was bug spray. When I called to explain what was happening, Jayla not only kept interrupting or talking over me the entire time, she was annoyed at the fact that I was calling again. When I asked to speak with upper management, she states that was not a possibility. She just kept arguing and sighing over my words, loudly repeating "so when can I bring you another fridge?"
I'm in the process of speaking with corporate and trying to reach the regional manager. I don't know if anything will be done but I wanted to let you know my experience to hopefully save you...

The guy that called told me he was reading to me what his manager wrote . When I asked him what was wrong with my mower he allowed that it was broke because I hit something. I explained to him that I hadn’t hit anything because I wasn’t able to mow with it long enough to hit anything. So I can’t get a loaner because of one of two reasons instead of just telling me the real reason. So what I’ve gathered from this location is #1 they don’t keep their word #2 they will tell you what you want to hear to get you out of the store #3 they haven’t the slightest idea what’s going on #4 the Manager has no back bone because he couldn’t call me his self and tell me he lied to me , he had to write it down on a piece of paper and make one of his lying minions call me . #5 they don’t have the slightest clue what customer service is. If the joker shows up to deliver my mower in the near future. I’m going to make him load it right back up and take it back.
Got a lawn mower from here, took them a week to deliver it. Once they delivered it I mowed for 20 minutes and it broke down. The delivery driver came back and got it the next day. He told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks before I got it back. Drove by a week and half later and it was sitting in front of their store. Stopped by and asked the manager about it and he said it would be the following Tuesday before they could take it and get it repaired. And told me he would get me a loaner on that Tuesday till my was fixed. I called that Tuesday evening because I hadn’t heard from them. He told me he would get the loaner out to me that Friday I sat around a waited til Friday at 2:00 and finally called them. The person who answered the phone told me that they couldn’t get one out to me until the next Tuesday. So here I sit with grass growing up to my knees and no one there knows what’s going on. I decided to get a Mattress and Frame from Aaron bc I have gotten a 2 T.V. from them and paid them off!! I signed up when they had the penny down sale. I mentioned this bc I had received this deal before and I never had to put anything down or only about $20 down. This time I had to pay $74 down and my payments were $156 a month! Nothing LIKE the So call SALE that is mentioned! He customer service agent told me the coupon would attach itself... THAT NEVER HAPPENED!! When I received the bed and Mattress it was NOT NEW.. like they promised. It's LOUD when you sit, lay down or move around. It sinks in the middle. Aarons said I could look at another bed but make a payment. I've already paid $280 and I got it about a month and 1/2 ago.. Why??? Why should I have to pick out another Mattress? I thought I got a new Mattress! It should have been a NEW MATTRESS!! Especially when I should be getting a headboard and set for that much a month!!
