Have never experienced such bad customer service as I have this evening. I visited the store today to purchase my toddler some new shoes. I was sitting on the floor trying to fit my two year-old some shoes and I was asked by an associate to get off the floor that I was blocking the aisle because I assume they needed to get through. Then at the checkout, some shoes I picked up for my husband off. The sales rack rang up at a different price than what was marked. When I asked the cashier about the price difference, I was told I must’ve changed the tag. I just ignored It and just said I still want them. Then when pulling up the On my app, she reached over and started touching my phone for me. And then when trying to use my Kohl’s card, it came up C cashier. She then said, give me your drivers license and then told me to put in my Social Security number into the keypad without explaining why. Then and I asked her if there’s a problem and she said you were sent a new Kohl’s card. It hasn’t been activated. I explained I haven’t received a new Kohl’s card and she said you must’ve missed it Then while trying to leave the lane to exit the store another associate with walking around and proceeded to squeeze into the small space between myself and the end rack to get through bumping me over without even saying excuse me or sorry or thank you or anything. I understand it’s the holiday season and it’s busy, but this is not excusable. You cannot treat people this way. I am leaving the post on here because I’ve tried to contact the store twice And cannot...
Read moreNot too messy considering all of the items they have to keep organized. The main store and bathroom was clean. I was however very disappointed yesterday when I went to checkout. My cashier Nazha was overly focused on trying to get me to sign up for a credit card. I had to say no literally 5 times. I just wanted to pay and leave as I already had a very long day. I repeatedly asked my cashier to let me enter the phone number of my wife’s account like I do at other Kohl’s so that these purchases are recorded and I get associated discounts. She wouldn’t respond other then to say I should get my own account and just like with the credit card wouldn’t take no for an answer. She said signup would be easy. Had I not already spent so much time finding the items I did I literally would have walked out. Sick of her pushing I finally said yes. It was not quick and easy as her handheld devise malfunctioned after we entered my info and we had to use a different method of getting me registered. As another reviewer recently posted, they are so focused on their commission they obviously get that they lose sight of how to treat a customer so the customer has a rewarding experience and will want to come back. With other Kohl’s around and the fact that I get around it is highly unlikely I will visit this store again, and if I do I will leave my items and walk out if I’m ever pushed...
