Very, very poor customer service! My husband and I went in today to purchase a rug for our baby’s nursery and the service we received was so terrible we ended up leaving everything. Brandon gave my minority husband an attitude, preferring to save his customer service for the white woman who had appeared 2 minutes after we had been waiting for him for nearly 10 minutes. Brandon pulled the rug and claimed that the store had ran out of tape and then proceeded to literally dump the rug on the dirty floor near the registers. A blonde woman with short hair, presumably a manager or assistant manager, was nearby and we asked her why they couldn’t tape the rug because obviously it could unravel in the parking lot. Her response? “Oh! I’ve been here 20 years! We never tape rugs!” When I asked for tape because we literally bought a rug 2 weeks ago that they taped without us even having to ask, her response was, “Nope! Like I said, I’ve been here 20 years and we have NEVER taped rugs closed, it’s not going to make a difference!” That was enough for us, I told her, “thank you, you can keep the rug.” and then we left. Funny how Brandon says they tape rugs but just ran out and then short haired blonde woman says they never use tape. What a joke! Brandon looked and acted like he hated his job but loved it when dealing with a white woman and the manager or whoever was just immediately defensive when all we asked was why can’t they find some tape. Customer service last time we bought a rug, again 2 weeks ago, was much better - not great but not worth typing out a long review like I’m doing for this terrible experience. At the very least they can pick up a broom and sweep before carelessly tossing a rug on the floor. We will not be returning to this...
Read moreI visited this store and was happy to see they carried some Ramadan/Eid decorations, though they were scattered around different areas and appeared neglected. I spoke with the supervisor and expressed my appreciation that they carry these decorations and that it would be great to have them organized together for more appeal. He said they had them put together initially, but now they’re running low—and he continued in a very disrespectful manner that if I wanted it done differently, I should apply to work there and do it myself. Given that Ramadan is in 3weeks and Eid in about 7weeks, if they truly cared, they would have restocked instead.. His aggressive tone was completely unacceptable—I’m shocked by how...
