I know that food is normally very good very fresh I'm finding lately it's depends on what you're ordering like I've had eggplant twice in the last couple weeks and it was a little tough I did have their spaghetti dinner and there was no meatballs in it I thought I was going to be spaghetti and meatballs and it was eggplant and it was very tough and the food was not that hot it was a little bit lukewarm and it's been freezing cold in there I don't know why they're keeping their air conditioning on cuz the humidity is gone. However when I go in the morning and I have breakfast that seems to be the better meals of anything and their coffee is very good and very fresh all the time your pancakes and eggs are very good and sausage I guess it all depends on what you order. All thier soups atey tasty.Of course they are famous for their hot dogs which they're very good but lately they're buns have been all mushy and wet they should tell their cook to toast the buns and then don't slap so much mustard and relish and sauerkraut on there they should give it to you on the side and you should be able to put it on your hotdog yourself cuz it's been very very mushy the bun literally breaks apart when you go take a bite out of your hot dog. come on. Update:05/05/2021-They get an F- Absolute chaos at lunch time, cook area was pushing food thru that dropped on to counter,14 minute wait And to top it off THEY STILL CANT READ IN THE BACK, I asked for bacon again...was charged for it and there was no bacon on sandwich. ENOUGH OF THIS-HIRE PEOPLE THAT CAN READ

Update: 11/19/2020: Same problem exists. Obviously THEY can not READ. Again I placed order for burger with bacon. I paid for Bacon, it was on the receipt and they just don't care about the details. I am mad at myself for giving this establishment another chance. Another wasted lunch time.Placed order online. They did not make order correctly. I paid for bacon. None on sandwich..chicken nuggets were burned (as usual) I ate the nuggets and returned the sandwich for refund. I DONT HAVE THE TIME to wait for you to make me another sandwich. I have a very short lunch. Get the orders right when it's placed online..you can't fault the cashier because the order is placed directly from the customer. I checked my receipt and bacon was listed on the sandwich..so get it right. There is no valid reason that the order could get messed up. You had at least 15 minutes to prepare it. As for the chicken nuggets..well they are always burnt when I buy from...

I usually rave about Duchess but this is ridiculous. I am going to chemo. I stopped by duchess when I got out and got an Asian chicken salad no almonds because I am highly allergic, dressing on the side. I get home and see my salad is covered with almonds! It even came up on the screen allergy no almonds. I called them and asked for a refund because the salad has to get thrown away because it is an epi pen and hospital visit because I could die. The poorly spoken night manager said he could do nothing except I can go back out and drive back there. He could not refund me. I am a cancer patient at smillow. I go to chemo. I'm exhausted and sick. This no nothing, unconscious small person took no empathy on me nor any concern on their mistake. I drop about $50 multiple times a week or more. I am highly dispointed!!! I look at you through a negative perspective from this point. You lost my money, my positive reviews, and any respect I have for your night team. I have worked fast food before as a manager. I know you could have taken some sympathy on me and refunded me no problem. I gave you the information my reciept. I will be visiting your store manager on my way home from chemo tomorrow...
