HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE... BY FAR THE WORST LONGHORN EVER!! ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE FROZEN TV DINNER.. THEY DID NOT TRY TO HIDE IT.
MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE MISSING IN ACTION AND JUST DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, RESTAURANT, OR THEMSELVES!
NO MATTER WHAT YOUR JOB IS... DO IT TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY... IT SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER OR LACKEY THERE OF!
Went there yesterday and the waitress was a GHOST.. WE were there for over two hours and our food America out wrong MULTIPLE TIMES.
My daughter's lamb came out cold then it was reheated and came out HOT & BURNT.
The Mac and Cheese was a OILY, COLD Glob of MESS cold MANAGER agreed but did absolutely nothing!
NOTHING WAS FRESH OR LOOKED APPETIZING.
This is what they mean when they say the food is frozen and reheated and everything is bagged.... IT Shows at this location... BAD ALL AROUND EXPERIENCE!
Out steaks were overcooked several times the food was cold the appetizers were COLD HARD & SALTY - wings and EGG ROLLS.
The manager blamed the LIGHTING on the steaks meting overcooked and when I could take it anymore the MANAGER suggested we come back when things are better....
I told him I was going to the OUTBACK and he said okay..... He just sent me to his competition.
Dude, REALLY I am sure the BOSS will be thrilled to. Know you are chasing the customers into the arms of the competition!
They are rude, uncaring and the face that you an not get the food right is UNBELIEVABLE and DISCERNING!
UNDERCOVER BOSS needs to come by QUICK to see this DISASTER of a manager and restaurant. I am sure this is what he dreamed of whether opened the restaurant.
The owners have worked so hard to build name and reputation for its restaurants and here comes SHELTON TO RUIN ALL THEY HAVE BUILT! Lousy service and food and people, NO THANK YOU.
Instead of going to OUTBACK I went to LONGHORN NORTH HAVEN! The service,food and staff is night and day.. They treated us like ROYALTY. The food was fresh and cooked PERFECTLY!
They treated us like the error was theirs or they keep cleaning ing up after the PATHETIC SHELTON Location.

Read moreVery unorganized and chaotic staff. Staff is not attentive, and certain members are just rude. I should have known not to go to a chain restaurant, but I had no idea it would be this bad.
Ordered a mango margarita and it was straight mango juice. Waitress seemed annoyed when I mentioned it. I mentioned it to the male waiter. He gave me a dirty look, took it and walked away.
Food came out. My husband and I ordered medium rare. My steak was completely rare and my husband’s well done. No apologies from staff, just a look of annoyance.
Steaks came back out. Mine wasn’t awful, but my husband’s was still well done. The waitress says, “cut into it; it’s supposed to be well done around the edges”. Really. Lol. My husband’s steak was also extremely tough.
Drink was taken away and a menu was given. No one has been back to take a new drink order. Oh well.
I asked the female waitress for the bill. The male waiter approached the table adjacent to us and with his back turned, says nothing, doesn’t look at us and puts the check on the table and walks away.
Having worked in the industry for 20+ years, I can almost understand the treatment if we were rude people, but we were quite the opposite.
Staff clearly work on group tips. This never works for a restaurant because the staff is not committed to their tables and/or sections and know that they can provide poor service and still go home with money in their pocket.
I don’t know if this was just a bad day for the kitchen and staff or if this is the norm. Honestly though, I don’t understand why this place is so popular.

We have a special kid 6 years old boy but for the 1 Time the manger came to us and ask my wife to control our kid then my wife told here he is special. After this I was returning from the bathroom she is crying and ask to leave when ia so her what happen she told me and left , then I ask for the laid and she took 17 min to came to my table I told her she has to be no careful to Approach the costumer since she didn’t know what is the case and she start to say she was not rude to my wife like a told her I never said she was rude what I told here is to be more careful to approach the costumer she also told me she was a special teacher some time ago ,please not true you don’t have to be be a teacher or especial doctor to know a kid has a probleman but any way last time a show at this place that doesn’t respect family’s with kid that has autism so sad know I have to deal with Munique crying is not easy for a special parent to be treat like that in a restaurant like long horn in Shelton For me a bad manager doesn’t know what she is doing 👎👎👎👎👎👎 Os .my jus was just jumping in the boot seat not disturbing any one or screaming just play by himself on...
