Starbucks — Restaurant in Sherman

For years this was my favorite place to pop in and get a coffee because, well I’m always at target and they always got it right. But they completely re-staffed and ever since then they can’t seem to make simple drinks like an Americano right. The last five drinks I ordered were wrong. Five. Drinks. I told the girl working that I wanted an Americano three times. Just to make sure she understood espresso and water only… when I got home it looked like light brown milk. I went back in and asked if they would be willing to remake the drink for me considering the last five were wrong. We were here Sunday 1/1 7:30pm and the worker (black straight hair tall girl) was very rude while taking our order. We waited till she was done making someone’s order for her to take ours which is ok, but when she was done making them she stopped to chit chat with another worker and was showing her phone and laughing for a while before even acknowledging us standing there. Starbucks has my favorite coffee drink ever, a pumpkin cream, cold brew. But at this location, I swear the barista gave me triple the amount of sweetener, and I could barely taste the cold brew. Not to mention, he dropped 2 cups on the ground in the process of making my one drink. This is not supposed to look like a Thai tea. I knew he was messing up the recipe while I watched.
