Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Sherman

Been here a couple times and every time it gets worse. Today was the last time. This place was not busy . Most of the tables were dirty with cups, plates, used napkins and food crumbs all over them. Had to seat myself at one of these dirty tables because you just stand at the front door waiting to be seated . But nobody does. The staff just walk by , never say anything and definitely do not make eye contact with you because you might ask to be seated. Then we sat at the dirty table for 15 minutes……. Nobody acknowledged we were even there. Again, just walked by , no eye contact. Multiple times. Then we we finally flagged down the waitress walking by and asked to clean the table……… she gave us the “ FU” face. Never asked if we would like a drink a menu, nothing…… just attitude. Some other people came in 20 minutes after us . Seated themselves, cleaned the table themselves and somehow got drinks before we did. I finally got up found a server and told them we would like to order some drinks and some food. It took forever to get a beer and even longer to get the food. Server never followed up with another drink unless we flagged her down. I was looking at the other reviews of this place and they all say pretty much the same thing. Don’t bother with responding to me saying go to Buffalo Wild Wings . Com and answer the questions. If you haven’t reviewed it with the staff and fixed it by now….. you’re not not going to fix it. Today was my last visit to this place. I would advise anyone reading this to go somewhere else. It was terrible in every way possible. Terrible service, Terrible food, Terrible cleanliness,...

Last night my wife and I decided to get wings and BWW. We wholeheartedly regret that decision! The restaurant was dirty and had a odd odor as soon as you walk in and all throughout the building. Tables were messy and slow to be cleaned off. There were foldable car seat holders left out in walk ways and next to tables where there were no children. The corner where the computer was had a pile of trash piled up and overflowing out of the podium. We ordered two 10 count boneless wings with ranch, carrots and celery. The wings were cold and most were only half covered in sauce. A few were hard enough I could have broken a window with them. There were 3 pieces of celery and 5 of the smallest baby carrots I have ever seen. We had mentioned the terrible condition of the food to our waitress who tried to take care of it but the manager told her he was too busy to handle it and to take my name down so he could “Take care of us next time.” Our waitress was running around like crazy constantly talking to her tables and getting food/drinks. She was phenomenal and very apologetic.

Update: The situation was taken care of. What I greatly appreciate was the call I recieved letting me know that it was taken care of, it made the world of a difference. That let's me know the business as a whole cares about their customers and I'm not just another review. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for taking the time to read the review and handle the situation.

Come here quite often and the service is usually wonderful. However lastnight was a terrible experience our waitress Tara never wrote down our orders. Tried to walk away as we were still ordering and never brought us napkins or straws. Now that's not the terrible part it's when she messed up our orders and we had them corrected they were messed up again and she just laughed like she thought it was funny. At this point I was beyond frustrated and that was just horrible attitude toward a paying customer. She never brought out the correct order plus we were missing items from our list. When I asked her about it the one time we seen her during our visit she said it would be right out and never seen her again. Never refilled our drinks, came to check on us or nothing. I had to flag down another waiter to have her bring us our check which she tried to charge me additional for her mess up until I asked about it. Will not be going here again...
