The first visit here was really good, though the cookies are a bit pricey and VERY sweet. Today was the second and possibly the last; I am embarrassed that I told my son and his wife how good this place was actually. We ordered four cookies when I asked to have two in one box and two in a different box I was informed it would be a dollar for the extra box. Really?? If these had been two separate orders would there still have been a dollar charge for a second box? What the heck? I declined the box, I have containers at home. That was annoying. Then she brings the cookies up and the Caramel Shortbread cookie looks nothing like the one on display on the counter (which I wish I had taken a picture of), nor did it look like the picture on the board, which I do have a picture of. When I mentioned this to her, she simply stated there is the same amount of caramel on these as there is on the display cookie. She said the caramel was just shrinking and then promptly walked away. So the caramel on the cookies you sell shrinks, but the caramel on the cookie you display does not shrink. That’s a bucket of bull. Really wish I hadn’t left a tip and its actions like hers that keep a lot of people from tipping at this type of place. So disappointed...

Terrible customer service. I placed an order over an hour before I picked it up. I DROVE AN HOUR to pick up my order. When I walked just, I was told that they just sold the last cookie that was in my order. How did you sell a cookie that I had already paid for?????? Absolute trash business practice. That cookie should have been set aside waiting for me. That's the whole point of ordering ahead. I really wanted a taste of home. It's not like there's a Cuban bakery around or a Publix that I can walk into and get guava pastries anytime I want. And then I got to drive a whole other hour back thinking about the cookie I didn't have and feeling disappointed. I drove TWO HOURS for nothing. Yeah, my ordering was refunded, but gas ain't cheap. Plus there's other things I could have been doing. Now I'm sitting around being upset about a cookie like a child. But, hello. I paid for it ahead of time!!!! That cookie should have been mine. That's the last time I go out of my way...

Tried these cookies for the first time this Friday and YUM! The Oreo cookie sandwich was one of the best cookies I’ve ever tasted - the filling is creamy and not overly sweet which makes it a green balance with the double chocolatey cookie that has chocolate chips in it - we also got chocolate chip and animal cookie flavors - those were good too but the sandwich was my favorite part for sure. Idk what other people are talking about when saying the cookies are under baked - they aren’t. They are perfectly soft and chewy - if they were cooked longer they’d be hard and who pays good money for a hard cooke? These cookies are large (big enough to cover the palm of your hand) and are super tasty and a great value for the price in my opinion. I’d say if you haven’t tried them you should and then decide for yourself. Will be back again! They also make it super easy to get in and out...
