I had an issue due to needing a new phone. Went from an iPhone 12 pro Max to a Google pixel 8a, only reason was due to iPhone being old and battery was depleting too fast so thought I'd change to Android. BIG mistake that was!!! Since it's been little over 2 months with the pixel and needing to switch back to iPhone due to communication issues with my iPhone contacts all the other stores basically said pay it off then upgrade, they didn't want to be bothered! I called one night and spoke to Rico and he said we could figure something out to achieve what I needed. Went in today 10/05/2024 and spoke with him, he spent a good bit of time to explore options and the most cost efficient one at that! Patrick also worked with me for awhile to order the rare iPhone I wanted because it wouldn't let me on the app. Overall this is now my favorite T-Mobile store, Rico and Patrick are super easy going and will do anything to help a customer in need, they both truly are lifesavers and I'd recommend this particular store to anyone! Read moreRico gave me EXCELLENT customer service and it was well worth the drive to avoid the Bel Air MD TMobile 😁 I drove from Maryland to escape the horrid customer service in Bel Air by the manager that I left a review for and have not returned since! It was awesome to be assisted in a professional and proficient manner with a people person who loves helping his customers! I have been with TMobile for 19yrs and Rico is the best customer service provider I've had and I've encountered many people in my lifetime that simply do not wake up and realize that if you're not a people person, then do not work with TMobile! I've always had excellent service over the phone and sometimes it's been TORTURE dealing with crazy people in a customer service/may I help you environment and you get tossed a lazy worker who makes you want to play "chase the phone game switch" and again I was SO relieved to have Rico and strongly suggest that you ask for him. Read moreI received a text message from T-Mobile saying I need visit the local store to receive a free replacement phone since the merger with Sprint. I visited 3 other stores in the area, but the did not have any replacement phones in stock. The fourth time I visited the store, Jeremy the manager was finally at work. He was supposedly in a meetinin the back. After about 10 minutes, he finally came out and brushed me off and went to the back room again while being on his phone the entire time. He came back out and ignored me. I called customer service while in the store and had the rep on speaker. Even when the rep said I was eligible for a replacement, he stated that has nothing to do with him.
