Verizon — Local services in Shrewsbury Township

Fiancé gets told to buy insurance and then is told she can’t use it when her iPhone camera stops working. They then tell her there’s a deal where she can get $1k towards an iPhone. She comes home with the base iPhone 16 with the lowest memory ($830 to pay in full mind you) because it, “gives her a lower monthly payment than the other phones.” Come to find out they made her do a trade in for $600 instead. You want the cherry on top? Oh well, you’re gonna get it. They say the charger isn’t the same and convince her to buy a sub par off brand brick for $38. I can’t even blame one sales guy for this because over the time she dealt with this store, it was 3 employees who ripped her off. Absolutely disgraceful. My sons watch wouldn’t update and we took it to the Verizon we bought it at and was told it wouldn’t work and he would just have to buy a new watch. Still owing money on the watch we felt stuck but then I remember past experiences we have had with the Verizon in Shrewsbury and we took it there as a last hope. Zack WAS AMAZING!!! Within 2 seconds of us walking through the door he had the update started for my sons watch and although the update took quite a while, no ones fault, by the time we came back to pick up my sons watch and phone they were synced together and the watch was working again. Matt is terrific. My first experience with Matt was over a year ago when he was with his manager Emily and he actually came back in the store to help me vs going on his break. Today I walked in to get new phones to and I was over joyed to see my favorite TCC assistant Matt. I am so happy to say he was so informative with asking the right questions to engage in a conversation to help me realize that there was much he could offer to save me money on my bill.
