We recently switched carriers, and our main reason for leaving was the poor customer service we had experienced elsewhere. We first stopped at the Westminster location to ask about services, but unfortunately the staff there came across as a bit rude and made us feel like we weren’t welcome due to their wait times.
That experience made us try the Shrewsbury location instead, and we are SO glad we did! Cadon was absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through everything and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His knowledge base is amazing, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and confident in our choices.

I went to the AT&T store in Shrewsbury Pa., because I dropped my phone in the toilet. It was an iPhone I’d had since 2015 and had no intention of getting a new one. We laughed together when I told him I intended to keep the phone until I was at least 95 yrs old, we laughed but I was serious ( I am 65 yrs old now). The phone I had before I had to get the iPhone had the QWERTY board which I had for just a couple of years before I lost it. That phone replaced a flip phone that I got in 2006. At any rate he helped me get a phone that I wouldn’t have to sell a body part to pay for and I left out feeling fine. I needed a new IPhone and was concerned with getting everything transferred because my father just passed away and I didn't want to loose voice mails etc..He thoroughly went over all options of our bill as well as the iPhone options and technology in a clear, friendly and professional manner. The store closed at 8pm, but he went above and beyond and stayed until 9:30 until everything was taken care of. This is probably the best iPhone buying ATT experiences I've ever had. He clearly knows all the ins and out, he's very knowledgeable and professional.
