I wish I could give this store zero stars. I just visited today to drop off a return package containing a cell phone. I chose to get in line at the counter because I had a safety-related question about my package. The owner was the only person working and was vocally upset about rude customers. I felt bad for him and expressed compassion for his frustration while waiting in line. Instead of being professional with me as a customer who had a reasonable question to ask, he chose to attack my intelligence and treat me like a child, suggesting that I should have no trouble with the kiosk because it functions at a 5th grade reading level. He had no reason to believe that I could not read or articulate above a 5th grade reading level, and I demonstrated no issue with the technology. He just needed an outlet for his anger and I happened to be there.
I would have expected a much higher standard of professionalism from the owner of a business. Sometimes people just need to talk to a human being instead of a computer when trying to follow shipping directions for successful returns. When I have received cell phone packages via UPS/Fed Ex in the past, they normally have a hazardous substance sticker on the side, and the self service kiosk requires you to confirm no hazards in the package. Cell phone batteries are considered a hazard to some shippers. Thus the legitimate need to clarify with a human being before placing a potential hazard in their drop-off box. You'd think he would appreciate that a customer didn't want his store to explode or have to cause him trouble for a refused or non-compliant package. He did not. He just assumed I was a stupid customer wasting his time.
I did not spend money in the store directly today, but I have done so many times in the past, and until today, would have continued to do so as this location is the most convenient to me. I find it ironic that a business owner who was upset about rude people was himself so very rude that it brought tears to my eyes. He will not receive another dime of my money, and when I find a corporate franchise contact with whom to make a complaint, I will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMr. Ash was the worst manager or person in customer service. I came to the store unknowing the exact way to return something to Amazon. I asked for his assistance and he just walked away. I initially thought he didn't hear me. So he returned and again I Sked for Mr. ASHES HELP. Amazon sen me 2 types of returns, so I didn't know which one would would be the correct return label . He came back but the phone needed to be reopened. I apologized and he told me to go home until I figured out the correct way to use UPS. He was so unkind andKirtland. i Apologized for him potentially having a tough day. Again he walked away. I again asked to please help me. He again told me to go home and figure it out. He at that point told me as a supervisor he wasn't going to help and to to home. I told him I was in the military for 28 years and haven't met to many supervisors that were so unwilling to help customers. He again reminded me it wasn't his to help m. I asked him why was he here then. He became irate and verbally out of line. I asked for his supervisor's name and contact information. He said he owned the store and answered to no one. I asked how I could I file a complaint against his actions and he told me that he owned the and answered to no one once again. He walked away again and told me to get out of his store or he would call the police I said go ahead I haven't haven't haven't done anything but ask for help. He told me I threw a pen at him, I said you were at the other end of the store and I threw it on the counter because you were such an unhelpful person I was frustrated. I also said for them to watch the video, they would see the truth. When I returned from the incident I called UPS and lodged a complaint. I will follow through everyday until my complaint is addressed and properly put in the right hands. Again, Mr. ASH. refused to Even give me any chain to file a complaint. And refused to acknowledge he could have handled the situation better. His other employee Gregory was astonished and walked away from his supervisor. Completely dissatisfied customer. 11/18/2022

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in to return a package today my friend accidentally parked in a crosswalk to let me out a customer made a comment about it. I wasnāt paying attention to what was happening. The store owner started to question me if it was my car and then started to continue telling me as to why it shouldnāt be parked there. I tried to just dismiss it and say I understand it wasnāt my car thats parked there and Iāll let them know. Then he just kept continuing on about it, which then upset me and an argument started because of his attitude and the way he is towards customers and then his employee chimes in as well. I did happen to mention that this is not the first experience Iāve had with this owner the first time an elderly man came in for copies, and there was a mistake done to his copies. He was upset about it because the guy kept arguing with him that he gave him what he needed. The elderly man said, if so I would have it , there could be many reasons why the elderly man was upset. Itās the way that management and the employees handled the situation that is disturbing. I literally stopped in front of them and said please let me help. Letās get this man some new copies of what he needs, Iām more than happy to pay for them just please stop arguing with him and trying to kick him out of your store , so just like today the employee told me she hopes I never come back again unfortunately for us thereās no other UPS store around here. She told me I would be kicked out if I came back again. You would think you would start to realize that you were the problem when all of your reviews over the past months have the same kind of complaints. Itās not the customers itās you the owner and staff. Also pretty sure that 5 star review that was recently left is the girl that was working there today so...
