Employees here are amazing. We just so happened to visit on thanksgiving during their black Friday event. The employee who greeted us at the door while seeming tired was still full of smiles and energetic. While we began to gaze at the wall of systems behind the registers both employees on register quickly asked us if they could be of any assistance several times actually as we looked confused onward twice while there. Then as it was time to check out the employee serving us gave us all the deals he could possibly give including telling us about an additional 25% off our collectables that we had missed simply by grabbing a "black bag" he saved us six bucks that we would have other wise missed out on. Very knowledgeable about every game on the selves and just all aroumd awesome customer service. This will be our home store from now on. We live about ten miles north of here but its going to be well worth the drive given how warm and welcoming they were even ten. At night on a holiday. I highly recommend this branch...

I called the store and spoke to Becca to make sure they were still open as it was 6:45 and they close at 7:00 and that they had the controller my son wanted to buy with his own money. My son saved his money to get a game controller and was very excited. Arrived by 6:50. Becca was extremely nasty to my son and kept rolling her eyes when he would ask a question. As he was putting his money on the counter so was so annoyed that it was folded. Trying to teach my son how to pay with his own money and was letting him count it out. I understand that the store was getting ready to close but they close at 7, not 6:50. The attitude that this woman had towards my son was absolutely uncalled for....

Rich — who is the store manager — is not only unhelpful, but he is EXTREMELY condescending and rude. My mom tried to get an issue fixed by replacing a game, and he told her he is “to busy” to call another location to check and see if another store had a replacement game. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is a reason GameStop is floundering, they will be closing their doors very soon because of horrible customer service like Rich. I would rather find it on Amazon and get it next day!
