I deleted my previous review. I did so because I thought giving the restaurant another try after complaining about a few employees' behavior is fair. And it paid off. The staff were nice and the food was good. Thank you management because we don't have tons of options out here. Thank you staff because customer service in any business means treating others like you want to be treated.
.So this is the third week in a row that we have dined at the Burger King in Douglas. We have been dining at this store for as many years as we have the Bisbee and the Sierra Vista Burger Kings and yet..... we have never had an unpleasant experience, poor service, nor bad food in the Douglas store. Ever! And most of the bad experiences in Bisbee and Sierta Vista were centered on wrong orders, bad attitudes and lack of concern for the customers' satisfaction. A few weeks ago in SV I had to hear the manager disparage one of the customers that had just left the store in front of her younger subordinates. The young cashier tried to de-escalate the ridiculous power struggle her manager was having with me as a customer for merely asking for the manager's name, not the #, the name. I wish every employee who witnessed that exchange realizes that no manager anywhere should ever talk to a customer in that way nor refuse a higher ups info, even just a name for better documentation purposes. I want to thank the cashier who conducted herself with professionalism. Unlike her manager that day, she looked as if she took the time before work to be presentable. It matters. Hopefully the owners will realize that renovations are not just for buildings, the quality of the customer service in both those locations is in bad disrepair....
Read moreSo tonight I went to Burger King to get dinner for my family. I ordered 4, 2 for $5.00 Whoppers (a total of 8) and 3 Large Fries. Well I made it half way home (which I live out of city). I checked the 2 bags and realized I had only received 2 Whoppers and 3 Large Fries. I turned my car around what was supposed to be a 30 minute trip, at that point turned into an hours trip. I got back to the Burger King and asked them for the correct order. Thinking to myself, (they can't mess this up a second time), I didnt check the bags the second time. "I SHOULD HAVE". Instead of getting the 8 Whoppers and 3 Large Fires, I instead received 7 Whoppers and somehow 4 Large Fries.... How do you mess it up twice... It's one thing to make a mistake and mess up once, it's another to do it but twice... I'm disappointed in the customer service I recieved. I didnt go back because then it would have been an Hour and a half trip and this Burger King just proved to me that it is not worth me wasting that even more gas. The worst part is the first time they messed it up and I came back, the lady at the window had the nerve to tell me (I have to charge you more for this), I'm thinking to myself (No apology, no I'm sorry just I have to charge you more for this). With no apology and not comping my meal for my gas or nothing. Shocked is not even the word for how I feel. I'm willing to bet that the service is so bad that the Social Media Manager or Store Manager won't even attempt to contact me to address this issue...
Read moreYou've lost a loyal customer tonight. I try not to eat fast food often but when my bf and I do, we would go to this BK for consistently good burgers. The quality and service have gradually gone down hill but I thought I'd give you another try. I ordered thru postmates to have your food delivered to my work and I am seriously disappointed! I ordered a double quarter pounder king with no mustard or onions as a meal and added a soft serve. I didn't get the soft serve because your machine was supposedly down, I could deal with that but... I didn't get the burger I ordered either. I recieved a room temperature monstrosity containing 8 thin patties, 5 slices of cheese with mustard and onions! Maybe some would be happy for the extra patties but I wanted and paid for a simple sandwich and most importantly it was ruined by the unwanted condiments anyway. The fries were cold and hard as well. The only thing right was the root beer and the receipt showed my correct order, which lets me know this was most likely intentional. I couldn't send it back of course so I reported it to postmates, I left you a survey and now a review and I will share on social media, all because your employees .. Idk .. Thought it would be funny? I won't be back...
