Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Sioux City

This review is for June 2025, long overdue because i tried to let these folks roght their wrongs. I had a wedding at the end of the month and these folks did not have my tuxedo rental on time. I had ordered my rental March 7th and called a week prior to my wedding date and they did not have my stuff, but ensured me it would be delivered the next business day or so as it was on a delivery truck and on its way. Fast forward to two days before my wedding and they STILL DID NOT HAVE MY STUFF. I told them to cancel it and they CHARGED ME A CANCELLATION FEE. I was barely outside of a 48 hour delivery guarantee window (which I can find no evidence of anywhere on Mens Warehouse's website). If you were getting married, would you want your stuff delivered 2 days before your wedding with no time to adjust if something is off or if the delivery is wrong? This is what the staff seemed to expect of me. They did not even tell me of a cancelation fee, I had to ask why I was being charged for my refund. Not to mention, corporate hasn't contacted even after I submitted some scathing feedback about this situation. I have had no problems in the past just outright buying from Mens Warehouse, but after this, I will never do business with Mens Warehouse again. The business and staff had no sympathy for my situation at all and CHARGED ME FOR MY INCONVENIENCE.

I highly recommend the Men's Warehouse to anyone looking for a first class experience! I went to 4 different stores to find a black dress shirt and dress pants. Only to find the men's section to be limited and barely stocked. I was on a budget and needed the outfit in 2 days. I saw on-line that the Men's Warehouse had what I was looking for. I arrived and was greeted by Christian. He was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. When the items on-line were not available in my size, Christian found me a higher quality substitute for both the shirt and pants. He matched the price of both from my original choice to keep me within my budget and also, had the pants hemmed up at no additional cost! I will without hesitation, return to the Men's Warehouse in the future instead of buying on-line. I’m disappointed in the lack of customer service and lack of Knowledge of products and what is able to be done. We ordered two suits the 3rd week August and my fiancé paid in full so they would be delivered in three days. Well I had to call 3 weeks after they were ordered to be told “O someone must of forgot to scan them in”.
