Visited the store myself the first time mainly I didn't get the same vibe as someone who knows the products in home depot. The first meeting was informative and the salesman that day was helpful but had to return with my wife. Return visit with my wife, met a different salesman, he answered our questions as a result we reversed course on what dishwasher we were gonna buy our first top control dishwasher. I was surprised to find out it would be ready in within short amount of time. The guy the recommended to go install it was fabulous. I just thought they went a bit beyond what they could have done. My wife does want to return in the future if one of our major appliances breaks. On side note, the dishwasher we got I find it pretty great compared to what came in the house we bought by far. I recommend this place. You pay for Quality that's what you'd get. I'm sure if we have any serious issues they'd work with us to meet that satisfaction the best they can...

Do not recommend buying a chandelier here. The Mahlanders Salesperson incorrectly advised us that a special order chandelier would be compatible with our house. Upon my own minimal inspection once the chandelier was received, it clearly was too heavy and incompatible with my junction box and required attic access. Neither of which were brought up as potential issues. Mahlanders then failed to take accountability for their mistake. After a two month process, I finally was able to get refunded after only going directly to the manufacturer myself. Crystorama was a phenomenal manufacturer to work with and I recommend buying direct and skipping Mahlanders who provided inadequate service and in fact was more of a hindrance than help in working with the manufacturer on solving the issue.
