As my father was passing away, I knew that I wanted to obtain a finger print kit, so i could get a copy before he passed. I messaged Stephanie, who answered almost immediately, to say she was not at the store that day but offered numerous ways for me to obtain a kit; going well above and beyond what she needed to do for me. I was able to take his fingerprint and have had several pieces made by her for my family, so we always have him with us in a physical way. We visited years ago on a whim while exploring downtown. Found this shop and loved how well we were welcomed and the services offered.

Fast forward to today when I’m having a mental breakdown with my dog on his last legs. Again, they welcomed me with open arms and got me through the process of collecting prints for them to work with. I will report back with the results but can’t say enough about the compassion shown and them not giving me a hard time being an adult and crying over the phone haha.
