Called for a haircut. I’ve gone to them in schwenksville and have been happy in the past and thought I’d try this new location. Tara was to cut my hair. I’m picky. The last 3 women who cut my hair (two of which are barbers locally) have cut it so poorly that I had to go home and fix it. I called and asked for a man because I was concerned due to having several bad experiences with women cutting my hair. The owner told me to rest assured”she’s really good”. Now, I’m a 3 strike person. I was set on not having a woman ever touch my hair again. Am I sure glad I listened and gave her a shot. I am 38, so I’ve had a lot of haircuts. The quality of this cut must be in the top 10 in my lifetime. I wouldn’t call this place inexpensive by any means as they’re definitely on the high side however the quality is definitely “a cut above” the rest. My husbands was contacted less than hour before his appointment about it being cancelled due to a barber quitting the previous day. He explained he needed a haircut for a wedding and was rebooked for later appointment that day. The appointment started 30 minutes late and the services received were subpar and not the requested cut. My husband came home and had to fix the cut himself. On top of all that the he was offered a $5 gift card for his inconvenience which he declined as he will not be returning.
