My husband and I went in Monday to look for a small carry on for our toddler. We already own 2 large luggages from here. First experience was great. This time.. the lady working that day with red hair was not nice or helpful. When we went in she greeted us, good! While we were browsing she just stood there and stared the entire time. I had to ask her questions to find a perfect carry on. She one worded answer my questions. I had to open the luggage myself to show my husband which one would be our choice while she stood behind the counter. After purchasing the one we decided on. She seem to still have an attitude, she did not even say anything. She handed back the change and didn’t say a word. My husband had to ask “is that all?” And still nothing from her. I ordered a suitcase online before Christmas. Second trip with it, an elastic strap shredded on the inside divider. I carried the suitcase to this location. They sent it in for warranty repair. That was last Saturday. I received the repaired suitcase back at my house today which has only been 7 days. The ladies in the store were very nice and helpful.
